The club is very good overall. Pros: The classes and instructors are top- notch. I have met some good friends from classes here, which is very much valued. The facility is spacious and you can always find a place to work out, unlike some of the cheaper places in town where every machine is taken by 6 pm. It is generally a very nice place, and they do get new equipment regularly. The pool is great. Cons: 90% of the problems are caused by 8% of the members, who are rude or clueless slobs and dont follow accepted hygiene standards. Examples: members who take 3 towels, leaving no towels for members arriving later to the gym. Teenage, female, Asian swim club members who leave wet towels and clumps of black hair all over the floor and in the showers. Asian women who use the hairdryers on their feet and crotches. Lasseiz- faire parents who put non- potty - trained toddlers in the spa. Some people are oblivious to other club members, and cause problems. But the gym is so highly used there are bound to be some problems. General issues:The club could be more timely addressing maintenance issues. The club is always annoyingly trying to push additional revenue - enhancing schemes and additional- fee classes on the members. This does lead to some ( justified) paranoia among long- term members that their favorite classes might be cancelled for an added- fee kiddie class. The management can be jerks, suddenly imposing non- competitive rules on their instructors, who may rely on also working elsewhere to earn health care benefits. The parking lot is not adequate at peak evening times. I wish they would put a strong fan in the womens shower area to vent the steam, to make it less humid. That place is a fungus pit. But I believe I get a lot from my membership here and plan to stay here as long as I can afford it.

Ive been a member here for about 10 years so Ill just provide a list of pros and cons Ive noticed about this place: Pros: Clean locker rooms with digital locks so you dont have to carry around a key or lock Clean weight room with a good number of free weights (4 squat racks, 3 bench press, 1 decline bench press, 2 incline bench press) A lot of group training classes all throughout the day Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna in the locker room TVs all over the place Nice staff Lots of tennis courts New crossfit gym with a lot of different equipment thats okay to use when theres no classes going on Cons: Can get crowded in the weight room, especially when people get off work Parking lot can get crowded Basketball courts can get pretty crowded especially because theres usually only one court running games Little kids running around the locker rooms can be pretty annoying Lap pool is always crowded because swim team practices run pretty often Pretty expensive compared to 24 hr fitness and other chains in Fremont Overall, definitely recommend coming here if youre within 15 minutes driving distance. Also it might be hard to get here during rush hours if you live in San Jose, but I hear theyre opening a branch up there in the near future so I would definitely consider that.

You definitely pay more than other gyms for membership, but you get a great selection of group exercise classes, friendly customer service at the front desk and throughout the club, and complimentary shower and hand towels. Tip: come in the morning if you can to avoid the crowd, before 9AM is the best +Other fee-based classes, such as Rev 32, Edge training and Mind and Body (hot yoga & Absolute Barre). +The cafe downstairs serves Starbucks coffee, beer, and of course freshly made healthy snacks and smoothies. +Child care is available for members at a reasonable price If you decide to put your account on hold (at a ridiculous price by the way) or cancel your membership, you have to notify membership services 30 days in advance.

We have been members since the inception of this gym. This gym is phenomenal as far as classes, staff and facility is concerned. Both my kids grew up involved in inter-club swim meets and tennis. They are now both professional adults inculcaled to great health habits due to this gym. Any place (including our homes) will occasionally appear untidy or dirty after heavy usage but the staff is on top of keeping it clean. It is a life style for us now, where my husband loves playing tennis, I love exercising here and have great friends/support. When my kids are visiting Clubsport Fremont with their friends occasionally, the latter have described the place as phenomenal too! Now that is unbiased opinion!

Yeah, I cant agree more with the reviews of Jordan. Shes prissy and mean and has her nose in the air. Her superiority complex is unmatched. Seriously... However, thats not a reason not to go to this gym. I have had minimal contact with her and even signed up with a different associate (Brandon, who is awesome). Jordan didnt alert me to the specials the Club had when I asked, but all of the other sales people have been super helpful. Once youre a member, this gym is simply the best. Its fantastic, clean, and the classes blow any other gym out of the water.

If you are trying to play basketball, this is not the place. Courts are full of hogs, badminton games are being played in half of the courts so they dont let you shoot hoops or anything, Saturday mornings, theres kids training around the whole thing so you cant play, theres always some type of "private" class so they dont let you use certain baskets, youre lucky if you find available courts. Other than that, great place

I had a great experience in the locker rooms. I did my workout, then relaxed in the locker room. The environment is friendly, and even the members answer questions you have. The staff is fine. I think the machines are quite wonderful, too. The only problem is that I would want more places to keep phones on some of the machines, once, my phone fell of one of the machines;)

The facility is good. The membership service people was very nice. The membership cancellation requires 30-day advance notice, which was a surprise to me. Because I was moving out of the area, that means I would have to pay for one extra full month without being about to use it. It was very nice that she agreed to terminate my membership in a week instead of 30 days.

This is a well furnished fitness and sports center that has good service and friendly staff but is quite expensive. However, if you use the facility and their classes, it is well worth it. Their trainers are great. They have many classes that are free for members such as Bombay Jam, and they offer paid classes as well. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I spoke to Jordon, a sales associate to join the Fremont sport club, she was very bushy at first, and then became mean and aggressive, she kept changing the orginal offer, when asked to take my forms back which has my personnel info she refused to give it back to me and said to move aside so she can talk to the next customer, what a customer service?

ive been here and another nearby club in Fremont, and this one is WAAAY better - clean locker rooms, great variety of equipment. the main improvements I wish to see are indoor lap pool and better equipment condition, some of the free weights area wasnt up to par. overall, staff is awesome, great environment, clean locker room.
