Fast and friendly experience but not as much information given about your starting situation. Told orientation then possible training that day. Turned into a full 10 hour work day from which I was in my good clothes for orientation, now working on labor intensive with 20 lb objects filled with fiber glass hammering on lids / caps when I was told it was a machine operator position. Schedule was all out order I was there 11 am didnt have lunch or a break till 4:30. 5 and half hours into work. Then due to my leave time being 2 and a half hours earlier than the rest, gates were locked and couldnt even leave because only way out is through the gate sensor for cars. Which my car was in the front of the building made to park there because was first day.... so had to climb down some steep hill and bushes dropping down a 6 foot wall and back up and around the fence then back up the hill to get to the front parking lot where my car was. Complete nightmare. And I contact adecco next morning and explain the situation and how I have absolutely no interest in returning, and with complete disregard to me as an employee the representative sighed at me over the phone and told me that Im going to just quite after the first day....

After spending several hours filling out the usual sets of paperwork and tests, I was asked by Lisette to contact her again later that week to discuss reformatting my resume into a form that would be more suitable for Adeccos purposes. Several weeks, three phone calls, and an email later, and I have received no response from Lisette or the office regarding the next step in the application process or my resume. I cant say whether Adecco as an organization is this poorly run, but when your staffing consultants cant be bothered to return the emails and phone calls of a seasoned professional who has demonstrated clear interest in working for your company, youre keeping the wrong individuals on your payroll.

The workers are very unprofessional, especially mayela. I sat there for hours filling out paperwork and mayela was very unfriendly, I got the vibe she was racist because she never cracked a smile with me, and spoked to me as a little kid. Another thing is a lot of other people were signing up for the same position, but I got offered a little lower then them, which I thought was odd since I have a lot of warehouse and QA experience. Their coworkers talk as if they look down on us but remember if we dont sign up you dont get a check, youre a check away from being homeless just like the next person, so they really should treat people who sign up a lot better.

I apply at this place about 3 to 4 weeks ago I filled all the paper work and resume . They said they had some places that did the type of work I was looking for and had experience... Till this day I havent heard from them or mayela avalos the recruiter ,,, I would recommend to go Apply at "Express Employment Professionals" they at least answer your calls and actually get you jobs .
