Sedona Staffing in Carlsbad, CA is awesome! The receptionist is always friendly, not rude and dismissive. I met with the recruiter named Lauren on a Friday afternoon. She called me a few hours later to see if I could interview on Monday. Tuesday morning I started at a great job with amazing people! As someone who has generally had good experiences with staffing agencies this by far stands out as the best! I believe if you are honest in your abilities, do your research (to see if you fully qualify for a position/ to make sure you are applying with a staffing agency that hires for the position you are seeking) and always apply in person you will be able to find a job. I had no problems with Sedona. Jennie was a pleasure to work with and although I did not meet the skills required for the job she was trying to get me, she followed up multiple times and tried to work with me, even offering some tutorials to improve my skills. The other poor reviews definitely did not reflect my experience with SS.
