They have a wonderful Spa theyre called Refuge which has a wonderful beautiful amp atmosphere fire pits have two Samus one wet one dry the wet one is eucalyptus they have several different types of pool they have cool cold warm and hot after your saunas they also have massages here and theyre very helpful in answering any questions that you might have having lunch at the Quail Lodge is a wonderful wonderful experience its beautiful a Windows looking out on the golf course and the waiters and waitresses are wonderful

CVAC provides a comfortable environment with a friendly staff to support your phyical fitness goals. You can work out in the gym on the latest free motion equipment, then enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in front of the fire from a cozy sofa or leather arm chair before you go for a swim or unwind in the jacuzzi. Tennis or spectator from the balcony caf, there is something for everyone. I love how welcome and connected to the community I feel every time I walk through the door.

AKA Refuge is a relaxing and quiet respite from day to day cares. Hot, warm and cold pools, gas fire pits, sauna, steam and resting rooms all with a no talking and no device policy. It is a perfect getaway.
