Not sure what the other reviewers had against the place. Perhaps it had been worse, but we didnt have any reason to be afraid. We did laugh at the bang clothes on rocks comment though. It just wasnt that accurate. We were riding our motorcycle through Carmel and staying at the mission inn close by and desperately needed to do a load of laundry. The owner was there and was helpful explaining how much it cost and such. Its a good location and the machines worked well. Im glad we werent scared off.

The owner kept opening the top to the washer as my clothes were washing. He would only do it when I walked away. At first I thought they were broken, but realized he was adjusting the wash cycle. To speed it up! I was furious! My washer went from 17min to 10min. He did it several times especially to the washers where the people would leave the laundromat. In my opinion hes a crook! I will never go back here! Im also reporting him to better business Bureau!

All Speed Queen front load washers at this place. Not sure how the other reviewer had a problem with the owner opening the lid during the wash cycle, because all these washers lock once turned on. $3 to wash, and 75 cents for 21 minutes got my clothes dry. Also, $1 for a cup of detergent.

It is nothing to afraid of this place, but the owner does shorten your washing circle. His attitude towards clients are very questionable. He is trying to make sure you use everything in the shop exactly the way he likes. Over cleaning and protective about every tiny detail of the shop.

Zero stars should be available. Showed up at 5:00 pm and the owner has his clocks set fast 5 minutes. On my bike for five days, ride 40 miles to get here to finish wash by the 6:00 closing time and he says sorry its past 5:00, no loads. Total jerk, hope this business closes asap.

The facility was clean & the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He clearly takes pride in his shop and providing good service. Also, because the owner was there, I felt comfortable leaving to get some groceries while my clothes dried.

I thought it was a little pricey per load. The owner hovers and micromanages your laundry. I really prefer to be left alone to make my own laundry decisions and I was not causing damage to the machines.

Friendly reasonable service. Did a load of wash and dry while on vacation. If you need this look no further.
