WOW! What a great idea a business that is into making my life easier as a liveaboard sailor; or so I thought. We did a drop in which began well - the staff was very pleasant, great attitude and seemed like they knew what they were doing. There was some confusion about delivery/contact - resulting in panic at 9:45pm... "where were our work clothes - would we have to call in sick"??? Fortunately, after much effort we heard back from the driver who had already ended his day and was not only responsive, but very polite and helpful. We got dressed again and drove to get our clothes at Magic Laundry; now well after 10pm, and well past our bedtime! I was so excited to be able to gain access and get our clothing/bedding that I refrained from complaint that our perma-press work clothes had not been taken from the dryer and hung up on the hangers I provided and clearly asked about. Upon arriving home aboard our sailboat, we began to reach into the laundry bags - to get things put away and to hang up our perma-press work clothes (which normally require a burst of steam at the most). UH OH!!! This is when our concern morphed into extreme dissapointment; the clothes did not seem to be very clean, as in they were somewhat stiff and not clean smelling (usually a result of overloaded machines and/or little soap/little rinse), and as we were afraid of - the perma press clothes were so wrinkled that they would require some intense work with an iron and/or have to be sprayed with water and dryed again! But, that was not the worst of it, being that at least 60% of the clothes were so damp that they could not be put away; although the socks were well paired, they were nestled into a paired ball - damp/wet!!! So, we finally got to bed just before midnight with clothing hanging from one end of our boat to the other. Fortunately it was not real cold last night as there was no way we could have used our damp/wet bedding!!! WHAT A BUMMER!!! I have not given up my dream/goal of finding a service that can wash/dry/fold/hang my laundry to save my minimal spare time. We are not certain if Matt wrote all of the great ratings and/or if our somewhat horrible experience was a fluke, but we are not yet eager to try them again :(

Ive been going to Hambrick Laundry for wash & fold every two weeks for a couple of years. They are the nicest people, they are super friendly and fast. The price is great and they have my laundry done the same day I drop it off. Pay with credit card. The inside isnt much to look at, but who cares. They get my laundry done really well, and even gave me a bag for free when my old one fell apart. Love this place!

Rhonda (not sure how she spells her name) was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She took excellent care from beginning to finish! I dropped my clothes off and they were clean/folded by the next morning. Great price and wonderful costumer service. Highly recommend this place for your laundry needs!

I get my laundry done here on a weekly or so basis. I have them do wash & fold service for me. They do a good job. Its $1.20/lb and if you get it to them before noon then theyll have it done by 6 pm that night. Pretty quick turnaround, in my opinion.

Laundry, with free pick-up and delivery - and pretty cheap. Not sure about Sailors experience, but mine has always been great, clothes were clean, stuff on hangers, socks paired up, usually its done the next day and they call me.

Most of the equipment is broke mostof the time and on two seperate occasion have had clothes stolen out of the dryer. The stsff normally isnt around when you need them. The other laundry facilities in the area are a lot nicer

Excellent prices, great service. They couldnt locate few items I dropped off for dry cleaning but immediately called back the next day when they were located. Friendly staff provided a lot of advice.

The employees here are very nice and attentive. They take credit cards for the wash and fold service. The building leaves a lot to be desired, but I would come back here the next time I visit.

This place looks nasty when you walk in and smells funny. I didnt stay to wash my clothes, since the majority of the working washers were taken and the rest were broken. I left to go elsewhere

Many broken washers and dryers, small building, parking was appreciated, but seemed on the more expensive side as well. Nice attendant.
