Very expensive. Dont always do great work, have ruined some buttons and one collar. Once I came by when the stuff was supposed to be ready and it wasnt and they rushed to finish it and did a poor job. Didnt offer a discount or credit. Need to up their customer service for sure. Update: I had entirely forgotten about writing this review after a few frustrating experiences with them, but was confronted with it by the owner after I informed her about more broken buttons in my last two batches. Bottom line, 7 out of the last 14 shirts have had a broken button. The problems I originally posted about persist. She didnt offer a credit or discount.

The Owner, Marti, took over the reins of this family business from her Dad many years ago and does a wonderful job. She is always willing to accommodate. Whether it be alterations, quickly needed additions to my orders and special deliveries, she always comes through for us. Pick-up and Delivery is invaluable. Broadway Cleaners has been honored numerous times within the Industry and Community. As I have lived in Woodside for 30 years and tried many Cleaners, I feel comfortable in giving this establishment high marks.
