Worst experience ever! My first time walking into this gym I dealt with the assistant manager from hell. I dont know why any gym would hire someone with such a bad attitude and also someone who doesnt even fit the profile of a gym employee. For an establishment that claims to be a "judgement free zone", there sure is a lot of judgement coming from the staff. I would suggest to anyone who is already in shape not to come to this gym because the staff are "haters". My experience was so bad that I actually I am never going to step foot near a Planet Fitness again. 20 dollars a month isnt cheap enough to be treated with such disrespect. And I was only coming as a guest because I was in the area. As somebody in the fitness community I used to suggest to people to go to PF if they are on a budget. Now because of this experience, I would definitely suggest for people to invest a little more so they can have a more positive experience at a real gym. If I can give no stars I would.

Good only for novice body builder. After 6 months Id say look to the planet fitness in Hawaiian gardens or chuze fitness in cypress Lacks barbell curl bar with added Olympic weights, incline/decline bench presses, only one calf machine, pull up bars(only one assisted machine), only one 45 degree hyper extension lower back machine. Otherwise clean place. Meh only two drinking fountains in the back of gym.

I was a member at Hawaiian Gardens a couple years ago. And I rejoined for the Cerritos location. This location needs to improve their customer service skills. I wasnt offered a tour. The front desk guy got irritated at me because I interrupted his conversation with another customer. Ill give it another try, but I might go hack to Hawaiian Gardens if it does not improve.

This is a really nice location. Its well kept. The staff also seem to actually give new members tours, though I didnt get one when I picked up my card. Ive seen them walk people through numerous times. Never really an issue getting on a machine here, but Ive only been on weekend mornings.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and its has everything I need in order to get my full workout!! It has showers, dressing rooms and lockers!! I mean, what else can you ask for $10 a month??

Great prices for a judge free gym and the people working were really helpful and friendly. Though I did not get a membership mainly due to th location being to faraway I would have if they had a gym closer

It is a great place to work out. It has cool massage chairs for after and before workouts. It also is only 10-20 dollars a month and free guests.

No wifi...that alone gets 2 stars knocked off. Quit being cheap!! Otherwise the club is average like any other fitness club chain.
