Stay away! They try to rip you off any possible way. Their hours are really limited, facility is really small, and no one is there to solve your problems. I had asked them to freeze account due to injury. First, I dont like how they charge $5 for account freeze. Second, they unfroze the account after 3 months without any notifications and I saw $14.95 charged that will be wasted. I called and asked to freeze or cancel the account and they said I have to go there to make any changes to the account. So I took my time to go there and explained everything and asked for refund but the guy said he cant do anything. I asked him to cancel my account and he said I have to pay last month fee $14.95 again which I wont be able to use due to injury. They said ITS THEIR SYSTEM AND ONLY MANAGER CAN DO ANYTHING. Yes, they cant do anything other than sign you up, charge you in any possible way, dont mind if you get hurt or die other than charging you every month and any way possible. Other than signing you up, they dont help out customers issues. Why are they working if they cant do anything? They always say come back and talk to the manager, but manager is hardly there. Been using the gym only 2 months and now I see that $34.90 annual fee is charged. I called today again and the guy cant do anything no big surprise because hes not the manager. He tells me to come in Sat because that day manager will be there. Seriously? Why cant this simple issue be solved over the phone and why do I have to use gas and another time to go there? Just give the money back that was charged wrong due to your system error. If possible, I would like to give 0 star. Go anywhere except here and it will be 100% more better on everything (equip, hours, many location, BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE). Go to school gym, buy weights and work out at home, go to the park, anywhere except Fitness19!! Seriously this place is a joke!!! Ive never been so upset like this with service before. If you made a mistake on your end, even its technical issue, you should be responsible for the mistake and apologize. Isnt this common sense not only in business but as in relationships? Once again this place is not worth. So avoid!!! Never ever going there again.

These guys will just order you out of workout area as they please. Literally order you like, hey this area is now closed, because were going to clean, so leave. If youre gonna ask your customers to leave an area, who had to schedule to go there to work out to avoid their obnoxious class schedules, at least have some courtesy of saying could you or please, not just hey leave type tone and manner. Perhaps, you should consider setting / sharing fixed cleaning hours (of course there may be some exceptions for incidental issues)

$9/month. Its difficult to beat that, especially if you dont need all the fancy extras that a larger gym might offer: longer hours of operation, a changing room, swimming pool, sauna, etc. Having said that, most of the employees here dont seem to give two Fs about the people coming through the door, and when it came down to it, I would rather pay the extra $7/month for the 24 Hour Fitness at the mall.

The gym is clean and kept well maintained. My only concern with this place is the shady methods of dealing with guests. Ive noticed that some people are given deals that are supposedly exclusive to them, when in fact, they charge hidden fees to get started. I would be very wary on the location. I understand its a cheap membership but you get what you pay for.

I enjoy fitness 19. I used to belong to LA Fitness, then joined fitness on Spring street. Nice gym, no real perks or atmosphere. Got all the all gym pass and go to the valley view location. Staff is super friendly, they are always cleaning and the gym is neat and weights are in the correct spot! The only thing I miss from LA fitness is the suana.

Im usually here at this gym in the morning. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The gym is very clean and the staff is ontop of cleanliness and fixing machines that are down.

Fairly good gym. Not to many frills. Pretty basic but price is cheap. Not too crowded. No changing rooms or spa/saunas. Classes arent very good. Usually hit or miss.

Everyone at F19 is knowledgeable, wiling to help and so nice. I highly recommend this gym, it really is a community.
