Went in for a 3 day trial pass after having not been a 24 member for a couple years and "Chris" the guy who I had to sit down with in order to get the pass was one of the rudest people Ive ever experienced in customer service, even by gym employee standards. He was overly pushy and aggressive at trying to get me to sign a contract right then and there, but more than normal. It was to a point where he seemed purposely aggravating me, and implying that I was a freeloader who didnt really want to sign up. When I told him I wanted to wait and see how I liked it, he tried to tell me that I didnt need to do that. He pushed and pushed as I tried to just get him to give me the pass so I could get to my workout, and when I asked if there was another person I could talk to he claimed to be the manager, which I now know is a complete lie. I told him I would have to talk to my parents about it, and his response was "Why?". I told him I would have to get the money from them because they pay for certain things, and his response was "You dont make any money of your own?" I told him I didnt have to explain myself to him, and yet he continued to push and aggravate me. He made it seem like I couldnt get a trial pass because I had been a member previously, so I had to sign for a membership right then and there. The terms and conditions clearly state that you only have to be a local resident, and it has to be within six months of your last pass. (The last time I had a pass was 2012) When I finally said, either give me the pass or I walk, he quietly gave in and got up to talk to someone, but not before reminding me that with the 3 day pass I would have to talk to a salesperson every day I worked out, and then he clarified that I would probably have to talk to him. It was like he was threatening me, and going out of his way to aggravate me more. He talked with the guy in the office for an uncomfortable amount of time, and several times the guy in the office glanced over at me. Finally I got my pass, but it doesnt matter anymore. Theres no way Im giving my money to these people after the way I was treated.

I always seem to have issues with this location. From them signing my membership up under my mother, making her primary account holder and reaping the benefits of adding someone under the account ( now lets make it known that I am the primary holder who came into this club to then add my mother UNDER MY ACCOUNT NOT START A NEW ONE WITH ME UNDER HER). As I am unable to even add my husband to my account now. And not to mention the annual fee that pops up within 30 days. So you basically are paying some form of initiation, which is fine and all... If they actually mention it. But hey, we do agree and sign those contracts with the extra long terms and conditions that the average being will never take the time to invest on a simple, or what seemed to be, task of adding to a gym. Then, yesterday I called and was told I owed for one month. Today, I come in to realize I owed for this month as of midnight. I kindly explain how irritated I am of the miscommunication as I just spent an hour walking from home to this gym with a good mind I would be working out. After I pay for the amount I was told over the phone initially, which was a months due, I was not even offered the opportunity to work out at least for the hour as I had planned. What loyalty does a club care to show to their customers? I have been a member for over some time now and even fight friends asking me to join their clubs. But seriously, I am so disgusted by a lack of appreciation to those who keep you around, as we do appreciate you, at least I DID. And as I just spoke to customer service on the main line, I was told my screen was green and I should have been allowed access to the gym.... Afterall, I was 7 hours past due not 7 days!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!

Ive been going to this location since opened over 10 years ago.I used take to take classes there almost daily. The first few year I used to see cleaning staff there every morning. Over a year ago the cleanliness standard has been sub-standard. The machines and floors are always dusty. I purposely took note of a weight machine I used every time for a week and I noticed the it was not dusted that whole time--that means it also had not been sprayed down by cleaning staff for at least a week. Also bathroom area dont ever feel "clean." I have spoke to someone who seemed like a supervisor about the cleanliness and he was a bit defensive and I felt he thought I was overly critical. I heard an employee say this gym is the busiest gym in the country. I think if that is the case, maintaining the cleanliness should be a priority. I still frequent this gym about once a week, but I have been using to the Bella Terra location in Huntington Beach more often and the level of cleanliness far surpasses that of the Cyress location.

Went here for the first time yesterday. I tried to get there early because it gets crowded at my normal 24 hour on Tuesdays. So, I got there at 5pm. It was a bit crowded but not overbearing. I usually hit a spin cycle, run on the tread, then swim. The spin bike out on the floor to be tightened or something because it feels rickety. However, I managed. The pool was great! It wasnt as busy as my 24hour and the nice member allowed me to share a lane. I proceeded with my usual routine and finished with a shower. The lockers and showers were very well kept (well, much better than Garden Grove at least). Well, after showering, I noticed that I didnt have my phone. *%#$ !!! I must have left it on the treadmill. ugh!! So, I quickly dressed and checked the front desk. They had it there. Thank heaven!! Thank you guys so much!!! Pluses for honest members and honest staff.... Saved me the trouble of going to get a new phone.... :)

Went for a day pass and had the exact same experienced described by Ryan Corsaut. Christian Hernandez was really pushy to sign me up for a month membership even though I explained to him I was only going to be here for a few days or weeks. The guy was so rude to the point that he asked me for my debit card to sign me up to speed up the process! really? first day, barely checking out the gym, not even tour of it and he wants my debit card... man. He was so annoying to the point that he went to my workout bench, tap me on the shoulder and said "one of my representatives is waiting for you in the way out" WTF. Chris was so aggressive on having me sign up for a membership to the point I was going to pay for the effen day which would of being $20. Overall, did not have a good experienced at this gym.
