This is the first time I have had a truly horrible customer experience from an auto related business. First, after the estimate for the damages someone had rear-ended me, I asked for a quote to paint the front as my paint was faded. The lady told me "Oh, were too expensive for you. You should just go to Maaco." I was floored she would be so condescending and rude. The insurance was paying for the repairs and they had a stellar reputation. After a week my truck was finished. Only I come to pick it up and it has a dented, rusty bumper on it, with a bolt falling out! I thought it was a joke, but no. They told me "it was the best they could find". I asked them why they didnt buy a new one. The said you cant get them. I asked them why they didnt ready the quote the adjuster sent as it stated IN THE QUOTE where to get a brand new bumper. At this point I noticed they had damaged several pieces of trim on my truck. I pointed it out and said "that was already there" and "Its and old truck, what do you want us to do about it?" The new bumper came in after several more weeks, and it was fitted. They still had rusty brackets on it, and I asked them why they didnt buy brand new ones as ON THE QUOTE. They said, they would need to order them. Another week passes and I get the brackets on. Only they ordered half of them, and refused to order the other half. I could see rust bubbles on the old ones they had just painted, but refused to replace them. All told, it took almost two months for them to mostly repair the damage from being rear-ended, but they also caused significant damage to other parts of my truck and refuse to take responsibility. They also refuse to replace 1/2 the brackets even though they were in the quote. The woman "helping" me there was condescending, rude, and snide. Avoid if your vehicle isnt pristine, it isnt worth their time.

I cant thank Concourse Elite enough for their customer service! My 10 month old car was destroyed in the hail storm. Concourse Elite walked me through the entire insurance claim process and constantly worked with my insurance company to make sure all the damage was covered. The best part was, they never forgot about me, they regularly called to give me updates on the progress of my car. And when I got it back the car looked like it was new off the lot...hundreds of dents from the hail, gone! After I had my car back, one last small part was still on order (the small spray nozzles for the windshield fluid) which arrived in their shop the Friday before New Years weekend (and their shop was closing early for the holiday). I was headed up to Tahoe and desperately needed the windshield spray nozzles. I arrived at the time the shop closed and not only did Bob the owner stay late and personally install the parts but he sent me off with a celebratory bottle of wine! Now that is what I call service! I will always be returning to Concourse Elite and recommending them to everyone. I couldnt be more satisfied or impressed. Thank you for the great service.

It seems like everyone is so busy these days - too busy to say "Please and Thank you!" This is not the case at Concours Elite, Chico! No matter how fast-paced this business is - they always slow down to treat the customer with respect, courtesy and professionalism. If its one of the technicians to the head cheese - Bob Fitzgerald, working with you... the entire staff treats their customers with appreciation at Concours Elite! This body shop owner and staff take pride in their work - they get things done right and with excellence. I highly recommend anyone with auto body or paint issues to take their automobile to Bob! You wont be let down by the treatment you and your car receives with this business - the BEST around! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The customer service truly was fantastic. Bob and Steve REALLY worked to make sure we were happy. We didnt even have that much to get done, but they treated us like we were the most important customers theyve ever had. They went out of their way to get the work done based on our schedule and they did more than what was expected work wise. They truly stand out above the competition. All you have to do is walk in their front doors and you can tell that right away.

Bob and his staff made what would normally be a very frustrating process simple and convenient. My wife had an accident and although we gathered all the "right" information the insurance company made things difficult. Bob took charge and was able to speak to the insurance company so that there was no cost to us out of pocket. When we got our car back you couldnt even tell we had been in an accident. Thanks Concours Elite youre the best.

After what started out as a bad day (the landscaper hit my car), I was directed to Concours. I dont believe Ive EVER had such an enjoyable experience under bad circumstances. Steve helped me efficiently and with care. He was incredibly attentive and very professional, talking me through the whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend Concours!

This is place has very friendly workers. And seem to know what they are doing. We had to drop off our 2016 Altima for repairs due to an accident. We got hit from behind by another car. We are happy that they are in the network with AAA.
