Absolutely love this place. I got into my first accident and scraped another car, but mine looks better than ever now - in fact, the rest of the car doesnt look nearly as nice as the places they repaired. I dropped my car off on the Tuesday before Labour Day weekend. Though my car would not be done by Friday, they made it driveable so I could take it home for the long weekend, and quickly finished off a tire and cosmetic touches on Tuesday. They even waived an extra charge on the tire, so all I had to pay was my deductible. The car was washed, inside and out, even though the damage was only in one small area. The only other thing they could have done is fill up my tank. They take customer service seriously. They were pleasant the entire time, keeping me up to date (I wanted daily updates) and fully explaining all repairs to me. I now know more about the repair process for vehicles, and am confident that they got the best parts and did the best work. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family, and Ill be coming back for a detail later.

I went here because they are pre-approved by State Farm insurance. Id come back because it was one of the smoothest experiences Ive ever had concerning car repair. Never had body work done, but having dealt with various auto repair shops throughout the years, this place is on another level. Its a well oiled machine!! Personal, thorough estimate and text updates during the repair process to let us know things were on track. They even went to my house to do the initial estimate (I live just a mile or so away) because I was out of the country. One complaint is the lack of help from some of the office staff trying to setup the repairs. This was a unique situation because I was out of the country while coordinating it all. Once I talked to the "right" person, everything went very smoothly. It took 1 month after the estimate was done to start work on my car, which seems like a long time, but I guess it was a very busy time of year with many accidents from recent rainfall in the area.

Rude and extremely unprofessional. Came by for an estimate on a Friday and the lady at their front desk acted inconvenienced by my request for an estimate and if she were doing me a favor squeezing me in the following Tuesday for someone to estimate the cost for damages on my car to be repaired. "Youre telling me that someone cant take a look at the damages here and now and then email me a quote?" Im embarrassed for this place. Im sure your competitor down the street will gladly take my business and my money.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Bill, in charge of my estimate and work, was very clear on what was happening and why, and charged me a fair price for the work done. They got my car back to me with a short turnaround. One of the power window buttons didnt work when I got it back, but they fixed it within minutes and I was on my way. I definitely will go back if I ever need work done again. You cant even tell that anything happened to my car!
