Nerds gave me hints about fixes to my computer that I could do myself. The suggestions were great and the problem fixed. The next day Nerds called to ensure that the problem no longer existed and I mentioned I had a new issue that popped up subsequent to our previous discussion. After describing the problem to Nerds fixed the issue and called me back when the action was complete. Their services are worth paying for as problems have always been corrected in a timely and professional manner.

Had Evan come to house yesterday. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He had my computer fixed and running in no time. I also went over how slow my computer was running with the antivirus software company I was using. He explained in depth other options and so I went with "Webroot". I cant tell you how happy I am. He cleaned up files and now I have "Webroot" as my antivirus software. Dont hesitate to call this establishment.
