This is the absolute worst place you could ever go to. About ten years ago when I was 14 or 15 years old I took my laptop in to get repaired. I asked if he could take a look at my laptop and let me know what he thinks repairing it would cost. I specified that I did not want any work done until I knew the estimate, I was a kid at the time and even $20 seemed like a lot to me. He told me that he didnt charge anything for a diagnosis. I even double checked with the guy before leaving, I said something like, hey, this is just a diagnosis, right? No work is going to be done on it until I receive an estimate. He agreed and verified that no work would be done until I received an estimate. The owner or guy who works there said he would need a few days for the diagnosis. When I came back he completely changed stories on me and said that I owed him 80 dollars. I was a kid, I felt under pressure and I gave him $80. He handed me back a still broken laptop. I gave him everything I had, it took me a year to save up that money and I truly believe that he knew what he was doing. I dont like anyone who knowingly takes advantage of kids. Please do not go here anymore unless ownership has changed.

Compuchips Etc is the place to go for any problems with PCs or electronics. Ed is friendly, very knowledgeable about his trade and works with you! He not only helped me diagnose the problem, but offered varied flexible solutions to my specific hardware problem. Will go back for any further problems!

Service is great! You can go there with a questions and youll get immediate attention and professional help. Rates are very reasonable. All of my repairs/upgrades were done on or before expected time of completion. They provide the best in traditional service. I recommend them to my friends.
