First things first, weather its a broken iPhone screen, or any form of computer repair/upgrade; Greg at Apex is the only resource and individual you need. I was fortunate to meet Greg a year ago when the business was still operated out of his garage, and I am not surprised at the level it has grown at all. Apex operates at the highest level of care and professionalism, work done by the next day or few hours (based off work load or task). On top of all that I am always greeted with the up-most enthusiasm and knowledgeable answers when need be. Apex has restored two of my girlfriends phones, trouble-shoot desktop malfunctions I lost my mind over, and upgraded my PC all at a unbelievably fair cost, and quick manner. I refer all my friends and associates to Apex, because honestly it is nothing short of a blessing having Apex as a outstanding business.

Well to say I was anxious when my laptop crashed and just beeped is an understatement. It happened while on a RV trip and I had no clue as to the problem and no computer for about 3 weeks. When we got home I went looking for someone to fix it but thought that I would probably be buying a new computer and would loose all my stuff.. I found Apex among other computer repair places on the web and after looking at the reviews and calling some other folks decided to go with Greg. I dropped my computer off at his small neat shop about 10:00. He promised to call by 1:00 with a diagnosis which he did. By 3:30 I picked up my computer working just fine. A bad cable between the computer and the screen. He had the part. So it was a great experience and not only do I have my laptop back but a go to guy if I have computer problems in the future.

I rarely review anything, but I was really impressed with Greg at Apex. Hes old school and straight forward about every step of the process and a lot of businesses could learn something from this guy. I should note that my computer wasnt actually remedied of its problems, but it was a water damage issue and I have no doubt he could fix the issue if I was willing to invest the money to cover the cost of getting a very expensive new part. He instead offered a cheaper solution of a USB soundboard and was willing to wave almost all of his fees. I highly recommend going to Apex. Wish I felt this way about all of my experiences as a consumer.

Recently, I had the misfortune of cracking the screen on my iPad. I was referred by a friend to Apex PC & Mac Repair and immediately looked at reviews. I was very impressed by what people were saying about Gregs work, so I decided to take the iPad to him. Within a few days, it was ready for pickup. The speed with which he finished and the quality of the fixed product caused two of my family members to take a broken iPad and crashed MacBook to him. I brought in my 2011 MacBook Pro that wouldnt boot up into Greg. He looked at it and let me know what was wrong with it the same day. Greg called me up and gave me a price to replace the logic board and a estimated day of work completion. I thought the repair was a little expensive so I called around to find a better price. Greg actually wasnt the lowest price I found, but did offer a much better warranty of 1 year when the cheapest guy offered 30 days. I chose to bring my MacBook to Greg due to his good reviews across the internet, and I wasnt disappointed at all. Greg is my new computer guy while I am stationed here.

Greg fixed the power charging port on my Sony Vaio and did a wonderful job. He was prompt, congenial, and willing to answer any questions and concerns that I had. His prices are incredibly competitive and actually cost me 50% less than the other shop I had used in the past. I would deffinatly recommend his services to anyone who needs work done, and will be going to ONLY him in the future. The one-day turn around is also a very HUGE positive. Thank you Greg!

I needed a new screen for my Mac laptop and they where able to order the part quickly and complete the repair onsite. The repair only took an hour when the part came in. The laptop was even cleaned up and came back as good as new. Friendly, honest service and great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend and will be bringing all my computer service here, even though it is about 45 minutes from my home.

Needed a new PSU STAT! Due to my rigs needs, I thought (and was ready to buy) a bigger more expensive unit. Greg looked at my old one and convinced me I didnt need the more expensive one. He installed it in about 2 hours (with no notice) and saved me a bit of $$. He could have let me walk out with the more expensive one and I wouldnt have given in a second thought. My first experience with a PC shop - great service!

GREAT!!!!!!.... I am not very good with computers at all, but the guy that came out was polite and friendly and helped me understand my problem. He had my computer fixed in about an hour and it only cost me 43.00 and they came out to me. I called Best Buy they wanted double and I had to take it apart to bring it to them. Great thing these guys have going. I will be using them for all my future problems.

Came here to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced. It was done in under 30 min and for a satisfying price of 99$ I had some problems with the screen and came back in and the owner replaced free of charge. Since then the phone works like new.
