Let me start off by telling you a little bit about myself before I start this review. I am someone who made a lot of bad choices in life and the last couple of years Ive been struggling to make up for them, and trying to live my life as a good person who works hard. I have a laptop that had broke on me and after doing much troubleshooting steps I found it was going to cost me money that I could not afford to get a new hard drive. I walked into the store ready to be turned down and sent back out the door knowing that I did not have very much money to afford to repair or get parts. That is when I met Ray and Bill. I explained my situation of what was wrong with my laptop and needed a new hard drive. ray did his best to see if he could find me a used hard drive that would work. And then a guy calls from behind a closed door that he could help (bill). They were super friendly and they explained everything that I needed to know to get it working and sold me the hard drive for very cheap. they saw that I needed help and that I was a guy who was just desperately in need of a laptop but couldnt afford it. in the end bill helped me out and bent over backwards and Ray with social skills to keep a smile on your face, I walked out of there with a laptop that worked, a brand new copy of Windows 8 and a key that was $140 value, a stand, a new keyboard and a mouse. I only paid 45$. Now I know that a business cant do this for everyone. But im glad they had the heart to see I needed it. Theres no other place in Oregon valley that you should go to have your computer fixed. The people here not only have the expertise to help you and the ability to explain problems and solutions in a manner for you to understand. But they have hearts also. Bill, ray. I thank you dearly for the kindness you have shown me thats so rare in this world now days. And I will surely pass it on when the time comes. 5 stars. Hands down, best place to go when you need help.

Ive had my computer since 07 and it was starting to act its age so I took it in to ROC and the young man there took complete care of it. Their prices were fair and I got it back in about 3 days, and he even told me how I can keep it running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their computer brought up to speed.
