Have had issues at other quick quacks and this one seems to be well run, has more rim protection along the guide rail then most quick quacks and better quality. Havent had any issues with not getting wipes or vacuums really. Over all I would use this one more if I lived closer. Overall its a gamble. Ive had damage issues with a few quick quacks and even though its a 2014 jetta ive still been getting screwed over as far as repairs, every time I try to call the corporate office or 1-800 number they tell me to go back and talk to the manager at the specific location which never resolves anything. These are young kids with little or no mechanical or body work experience. There ability to determine if the car wash did damage to your paint or what not is very poor to say the least.

Went to the one located off of greenback and it was a disaster. I paid $20 to have my side trim piece ripped off of my bmw and when I contacted the manager he told me I was SOL! Their insurance will not cover any car over 5 years old regardless of how much the car is worth to you. All in all, I paid for a mediocre car wash that I regret not doing myself and now my car is worth less because of it. And they want to give me free car washes to make up for it? Forget it. Theyre all going to my friends with dirty new cars because if youre older than five years they consider your car an "already" falling apart, old, loose, mess of a car that will be devalued going through Quick Quack Car Wash!

Always a long line here and slow to get through. Today there is only one attendant working everything going back and forth between moving cars through the wash and checking them in. Probably about 12 cars here total with 8 waiting to be checked in. Then, even after getting checked in I have to wait for him to check in more cars before I can go through the wash. Also, there used to a separate lane for those that already have a monthly pass. Now both lanes are used by everyone slowing it down further. Pretty disappointing.

The car wash is fine, the neighborhood isnt so conducive to car washing. People are wandering through this area a lot so leaving the doors open while you vacuum the car is not super secure. Also they posted a ten minute vacuuming limit, which I havent seen at other quick quack locations. Still a decent car wash, but Ill do Roseville locations instead.

Quick and efficient, located in a busy area, so sometimes backed up, but going there in the morning usually beats the lines. Respectful staff, professional, but they dont seem to look for ways to be courteous - not that there are many opportunities for courtesy at a car wash, but then, thats what would make any presented courtesy special.

Just moved to the area and got a postcard in the mail I expected it to be just a basic car wash that was included in a free car wash on the postcard and yet it was the best. It was the "protect" 30 some-odd dollars in value. I was kind of blown away. The guy who took the postcard was super nice and the wash got my my car quite clean.

Vacuums dont have suction sometimes and it took over two months to finally get my car in the system after being a member due to their computer system. I had to show them my bank app to show them that I was paying the membership. It was annoying but finally got it fixed. The staff is nice

Emily spoke to us in a very condescending and short manner, because we pulled around when there was no one at the payment machine. (no harm done, I have a monthly pass) The wash was decent but the attitude was not called for or needed. Wont use this location again.

Worst car wash ever. Our cars almost looked worse at the end. They were covered in a cloudy film and the force of the brushes bent our mirrors. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband and I had to come home and rewash our cars by hand.

Worst car wash ever. My car came out worse. Broke one of my front lights, antenna, and left spots all over my car. Was not given any warning about any of these things. Now I have to pay around 60 dollars in repairs just because of this place.

Although I generally like to use quick quack, the last 3 vacumms at this location do not suction very well. I have not tried the other ones since they are always in use. Normally I visit the Roseville and Madison locations.

BE CAREFUL WITH MATTE BLACK RIMS. Mine were damaged by the cleaning solution. However the corporate Center and manager Jeff were very responsive and helpful while trying to find a solution for the fix.

I used to choose this location over the other locations simply because they had a mirror to help drivers not to run over the railing! However, that mirror has been removed recently!

They are such a good value. If your car isnt clean enough after your wash, you can go through another time for free. Also, they have free vacuums when you get a car wash with them.

Fast car wash and good vacuum. The prices are great compared to a full service wash. After a day the $30 car wash looks the same as the $7 car wash.
