This is NOT a creditable business. I would run from here after using their free vacuuming deal and go elsewhere to wash my vehicle. If they have a problem with my review, they should have tried to work with me rather than lie about the details of what Gama/Bama (whatever his name is) said. If its one thing I cannot stand, its a liar. As for the owner contacting you if you have a problem...like their machine smashing your car, thats not going to happen. Also, this company goes by at least 3 different names or sub names. 5 min express car wash is their company as well and they also go by Sparkles LLC. and Splash & Dash...confusing maybe to keep people confused so they dont go after them easy...look at the poor reviews that speaks volume of what I mean. Gama/Bama is the one who lied and I will put it out there for all to know. *New* I encourage anyone who has experienced an issue with this carwash to file suit. I havent finished my fight against this carwash, the ONLY reason why I have left it alone for a while is due to health issues. However, Rajpreet Dhesi is the owner of this establishment and although this business is called CarMicheal Carwash, its also under Splash Carwash and probably another name (idk what that is all about). I have already received an email about others who have experienced issues with this business and I am down to help anyone figure whatever they need to in order to put these people in their place. They lied when I appeared in front of the judge stating that they asked me to take the bike rack off my car and forbid me to enter the wash station with it on. They ALSO lied stating that the ONLY reason I took them to court was because my insurance (Amica and still is) stated that I did NOT have a claim and that I was denied. Well, I couldnt prove that they were negligent 1. telling me I COULD go through WITH my bike rack 2. they stated my rack did NOT have to come off. The thing thats crazy is this liar by the name of Bama or Gama (I believe he still works there so stay clear from this liar) literally said he used to work at Quick Quack to me and to the judge...except with two different stories. He testified that Quick Quack has the -SAME- policies as they do! One good question is, HOW ON EARTH DID I GET PASS HIM TO GO THROUGH THE MACHINE???!! I went to Carmichael Carwash because I was denied to get past the reps at Quick Quack and they would have called the POLICE if I proceeded! Another thing, I had no clue theyd try to bring up the insurance topic in court for it is my CHOICE whether to pursue them by insurance OR court! Because I was completely unprepared for that, I could only submit evidence from my insurance that EVERYTHING they said about my insurance was a complete and udder lie! NOW, YOU ARE WARNED! This was my -first rack, I had absolutely no clue WHY I was denied at Quick Quack and upon going here, I explained that situation happened yet thats what happened! Again, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I came at 11AM and was told it would take 1.5 hours and I would be called when it was done. I received no call and came back at 5PM to pick up my car and no one who saw me came to greet me to give my keys back. The car was sitting there with tape around the headlights. I paid for the gold interior special and my carpets were left with pink stains from the shampoo and damp. It was definitely not vacuumed and cleaned everywhere in the car (glove compartment was still dirty and they did not lay the back seats down to vaccuum under them at all). When I came back the next day (it was too late the day the detail was done), I asked them to remove the pink stains from the carpet. And that is the only issue I complained about to them. The manager who said he did it himself would not admit the pink was NOT there before I brought the car in and said it would not come out. When I asked what color is the shampoo he said they just use water to wash the carpets (?). When I asked again he lied again and said the soap was white... I saw pink and blue soaps inside their garage. He finally reluctantly said he would clean it again. And of course the pink soap stains came out. Again no one came over to tell me my car was finished as I waited there, until I went and inquired. I ended up using the self serve vaccuum and one of the other employees came over to help. Some of the people did an ok job with the detailing, but the managers attitude and LIES were unacceptable. Not worth the price for the job or customer sevice.

Wont use that one again. (have heard owner recently changed) Just came back, had to make very reluctant person to re-clean bottoms of the doors on the inside, after he told me he is going to charge me for cleaning up lining in the trunk of my SUV because it was not a part of the car, and left another spot "on the part of the car" right behind it. Before that - ask (nice lady) go over wheels again - they always leave lower part dirty. That bearded guy was very unhappy, "yes sir" - he said.. Not a reaction I would expect. And he did not do a good job cleaning it even after I have told him. Pretended to wipe it - I asked for the cloth to do it myself. He went to clean it instead - and said "thats all I can do" !! I left frustrated. I live close by and used this place for a number years before, they gradually went worse and worse. Was hoping new owners may start changing things, but it doesn’t seems to be the case here. I dont write reviews like this often, something moves me to do so today.

I came here to get my car cleaned inside and out and they did an amazing job! Seven people worked on it and they were done in 20 minutes. I watched them clean it from the outdoor patio and they were very meticulous. I got the Deluxe Car Wash for 25.99. My car looks amazing. Everyone was friendly. Great service.

Ok paid $ 110 for hand wax ,detail , and steam clean seats. They had it for 4 hr and when i came up to it it was filthy. Here is one spot they said they could not get out. It took me less than a min to use a wax pad to take it off. Horriable effort. Will never go back there. Lucky they did refund my money.

Im going to give them one more chance to come clean. I have a brand new CTS and I bought the $39.98 package & my trunk wasnt vacuumed or towel dried off. Poor job considering 5 people worked on it...

They did a great job on my car. The only complaint I have is they lock the child lock on one of the back doors while cleaning but no big deal at least I know they did the door frames
