In 1976 my husbands child from a relationship was murdered by his mother. By beating him to death. He was only 15 months old. We were not married at the time but my future husband was devastated. He knew Mr. Adams from the chamber of commerce. My husband was in business in Compton for many years as well as politics. That is how it came to be that baby Anthony Allison was serviced by Adams funeral home and buried at the cemetery with the big dome. I cant remember the name or street it was on, but it was in Compton. In 1985, my husband lost his battle with lung and brain cancer. We had 2 small children at the time so naturally I went through Adams. They sent us to the infamous "Paradise memorial park " In 1985 I learned by the news that they had taken people out of their graves, removed the headstones and bodies out to resell plots. I saw the headstones but didnt realize what was going on. All around my husbands plot there was fresh dug dirt. Then not long after that I heard the news that the cemetery where little Anthony was buried, the same thing happened! I wouldnt trust him or his funeral home again. He was in cahoots with the two cemeteries. Dont Trust this funeral home ever! If it is haunted, it must be the poor souls whose bodies and graves were desecrated. They deserve to be haunted. Shame on you Adams. What you did was not only illegal but sacreligous! I am hurt to this day.
