Hola a cada uno de los que forman parte de funeraria ágape. Quiero darle las gracias a todos los que me alluda ron con los trámites. Los que en este momento tan difícil nos dieron el apoyo en todo momento, por los consejos por el soporte y amabilidad. Gracias por todo principalmente a dulce y Javier. Ellos estuvieran en todo momento contestando nuestras preguntas y en todo instante de duda. Por haber echo tan buen trabajo en el arreglo de el cuerpo de mi hermano a pesar de que venia fuera de usa. Gracias a dulce por sus consejos Yo recomiendo esta funeraria mi experiencia fue excelente y apesar de que estábamos pasando por un momento tan triste los consejos y el apoyo de ellos el momento fue más llevadera gracias dos los bendiga siempre.

Griselda was helping my family and I the whole time.She was really nice at the beginning when we were doing the contract and after that she was so rude. She would ignore our calls. We wanted to call a priest for a mass for our loved one and she never bother to set that up. We obviously couldnt do it because the funeral home had to schedule with them. I also included in the package a huge arrangement of white roses. It was suppose to be 3 sets of Roses. What we got were all red and white carnations. They looked really bad.Thats not what I wanted!!!! I wanted all white roses and thats what we agreed on. Horrible service and staff! This people dont care. I dont recommend anyone to come here.

The service place was suck they didnt had flowers at all for the viewing not even flake flowers, the projector that we requested wasnt there on time and their service is awful, is expensive and they dont have any respect for the death also their packages are terrible, my grandmas picture were fading and horrible, her make up was terrible and they deform her it looked like it wasnt her, so who ever is reading this dont go to Agape Funeral Home their suck and is a dirty place. I agree totally with Charlie.

they have a dirty place.. they have old cars in their parking space that they dont bother to call the junk yard to pick them up.. if you look around is all dirty..the alley belongs to them and is all dirty they have a big trash can to throw all that trash away..they force people to park all around and the area is dangerous if you park at the stores you will get towed and if you park outside your car stereo will get stolen...this place doesnt deserve a star...

They dont even deserve one star. The service was horrible. They took a long time to give us the ashes. When we asked why it took so long they said , "The death certificate was taking longer than expected and that they have to deliver the certificate with the ashes.” We finally received the ashes and the death certificate was not include. It’s been a long battle that started in June now it is September and still no death certificate.

Excellent service, the staff are very caring, understandable and available anytime regarding any question about the process. Special thanks to Javier who manages the presentation of the bodies for the funeral day, awesome job… definitely I will recommend this funeral home to friends and relatives, because the service was very professional, overall…. Thank you for your wonderful services this past week. My sisters services were great. I appreciate your attention to detail, and how helpful the entire staff were to our family. Dulce and Cathy recommended a priest who helped my Mom with his words to accept my sisters loss. Our entire family thanks this funeral home for their services.

At first you think that what you pay is what you get but with them i got a excelent service i cant compare because this is the first time i pass through this but the where there to help me 24/7. I have only good things to say about them i just want to say this thank you

worst service ever! yes theyre cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. you get the run around, nobody knows whats going on, and they tell you you asked for something when you didnt and theres a freaking contract.
