Its an ok place we had "Chapel # 3",more like a big empty room, not much in nor outside Not a solemnly place for Chapel # 3 & 4. Too popular and too busy double booked their crematory, charging for witness but we were just standing in front of a closed blind window praying in a tiny room. Le di Quang was a walk around the parking lot. Not a cheap place either. Staff are ok, not much attendant cuz they are spreading out servicing 5 "Chapels" Attended a funeral at Melrose Abbey in Anaheim, much better place with a nice chapel/church building with lots of trees and grass space, several attending staff with white gloves, nice walk way to a decent size cremation witness room.

The Vietnamese guy working in the office there who drives a white Mercedes C Class is a total JERK! When my wife and I went in the office to discuss funeral arrangements for her mother with him, he was so nosy and asked about what social event we were going to next after the meeting with him. He acted like a Don Juan and seemed to be very interested about customers private lives. Customer care should be high on he list for any business establishment but should stop short of privacy invasion. He should not be allowed to work in such an environment!
