Staff was polite but did not make me feel at home or like they were putting my feelings first. Their basic package was still more expensive than other places. When I told them another funeral home was offering a better quote they told me they would match if I showed proof of quote....I felt that was inconsiderate.....worse time of my life and you are asking for me to drive back and forth with quotes??..went with the other place!

This funeral home was terrible. They charged me $50 for no reason and didnt do what they said!! My grandmother was supposed to be in the big room but they put her in the small one without my knowledge. It was too late for any changes. Half of my family had to stand in another room since they didnt fit. Disappointed and furious were my emotions. I do not recommend this place...EVER!!

Horrible? No. Grand funeral home? Nope. We had grandmas viewing here. The Catholic priest was crazy but none the less, we were all in such a state that nothing mattered more than being there for each other. Wouldnt plan my own funeral here though...
