I had pre- needs with Harrison Ross when my husband passed away in 2013, all I had to do was tell the hospital which mortuary to call and it was all taken care of and we live in another state, therefore when my childrens father passed away, of course I recommended them to them for the service and everything was as smooth as I expected.
