Inhuman evils lurk here. In some corners they are called EDD employees, in others they are called the spawn of Satan. Im yet to encounter an employee that work for not against me through the SDI process. They act like your benefits are personally taken from their check. Every soldier of satan there is misery to talk to.

every time i try to do anything with edd call or internet they hang up I can not ever get through when I put all my info online A OOPs something went wrong screen happens. SO HOW DO I REALLY FILE? I have 3 kids no income seems like California hates me

I guess, unlike others reviewers, Ive found the staff here to be relatively friendly and helpful over the past few months. Some of the systems can feel extra convoluted, but Ive gained a lot from this community resource.

Do they have phones? Tried calling, Gave me two options press 1 for East Bay Works press 2 for EDD. I pressed 2. "Thank you for calling" and promptly hung up. Seriously? What do they do there?

if i have a choice i wouldnt give them even one star. Call them and listen to the NEVER ENDED menu and at the end they hangup.
