The program and business model of labor ready / people ready is great but the staff at this location is horrible. They treat the workers as if its a welfare office and are biased on who goes on jobs, normally favorited by race and sex. They have made several errors on work tickets and then blame the worker. Ive been delayed payment multiple times, then they fail to pay OT or acknowledge their mistakes. Very sloppy office that needs to be audited because even the supervisor here treats workers like dirt. When a place collectively has this type of mistakes consistently it normally means they arent following protocol. Staff here needs a major attitude adjustment.
