If I could rate this with 0 stars I would, that is how horrible my experience with them was. BEWARE of this listing and this agency!!! Last week (9/9/14) I went to interview for a job they listed on the WorkSource website (job #WS440908379 for an Order Processor/CSR), which by the way was just listed on 9/7/14. When I arrived the receptionist said that this wasnt their listing, I gave her the print out from the site and showed her that it was listed by SmartTalent and it listed the Renton-Office as the contact. She finally went to check with someone, I assume it was the "Clerical Recruiter" and she comes back and tells me that this isnt a "valid" listing and acknowledges that it seemed like false advertising. Which I definitely felt it was. I had to fill out an application and take an online assessment before I went in for the interview, which now I wish I had NEVER done, because I want NOTHING to do with this so- called agency. Immediately after leaving Smart???Talent I went directly to WorkSource to inform them of this and they are going to investigate.

I like working for them. Very nice staff except to those with attitude, yikes. This agency actually has uptodate jobs and is mostly hiring. If u dont keep yourself informed tho u will miss out on benefits they apparently offer. Naturally there will always be some work related issues that need to be resolved or prevented but they cant fix the problem if they dont know about it. Thank you SmartTalent for helping people get jobs. And thank you staff treating us with understanding. Tho I do suggest more of an effort to recognize the reliable hard workers in hopes of keeping them motivated. Emmediate supervisors involvement would b nice. Thank you. :-)

Smart Talent has been very good to me. They placed me the very next day after I called them for job placement. I got a very good job that paid well. Unfortunately the location that Ive been working is shutting down, today was my last day. My agent already has a new job for me however starting on Monday. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I think they are GREAT!

Terrible beyond all things terrible. told open houses are between 10am and 1pm. show up at 11:30 am and was told that the open house is closed. also, my friend works there and gets one day a week if lucky... if youre looking to get mistreated by employment agencies, this place is for you.

The worst temp agency ive ever been to customer service sucks they are not professional they dnt treat people right they are plastic n fake ass bitches I didnt finish my assignment n didnt call them they got rude to me n told me rhqt they r gonna minimize my pay

This place is trash they sit on their buts all day and eat chips very unprofessional how they deal with you they never get back to you or return phone calls they offered me a job for only four days dont go there Im telling you they are not good at all .
