Pretty good, really. If youre a hard worker ,no matter whats put in front of you, this is the temporary staffing agency for you! Ive been with the company for about 7 months (since they opened the Renton location.) The only staff member that had an attitude is gone now so its legit. All the ladies that work in the office now are great (especially Guadalupe) & for the most part, the harder you work (while maintaining a decent attitude) the better jobs you get. Pretty simple. Ya get what you put in. Also- I have to add, there are plenty of jovs that arent jyst minimum wage- youve just gotta put your hours in to the company & show that youd be a good rep for them on the higher jobs. I worked 4 mos for a landscaping company at $12.72/hr & now Im getting $17 (prevailing wage) Also, if you work hard, the companies offer you a steady job with them.

I was put on an assignment laying fiberglass. We werent given dust masks, and the insulation micro-fibers were scratching my throat up. I asked the supervisor for a dust mask, and he gave me a bath towel. Seriously. I couldnt get it wrapped tightly around my head, and it kept falling down. So, I told him it wasnt working, and asked him for a dust mask. He responded by calling me an idiot, and firing me! Disgusted, I walked to a bus stop and rode back into town. When I complained to Labor Works, they told me Id forfeited my pay because Id walked off the job site! Apparently, I was supposed to just hang around, unpaid, until he told me I could leave! Definitely the worst work-related experience Ive ever had. (Would be zero stars, but this is the lowest rating Google will accept.)

I did some temp work there back in 2010. First of all they did false advertisement for temp work for office job, administrative work, etc. they know youre desperate for work for it at that moment, so they put me at work at this bottled water company called talking rain at exit 34 I90!!! Unless youre in your 20s 30s you got a healthy back this temp agencies are not going to be for you its all manual labor!! Its all minimum-wage minimum skill and most of the people that work there are not the brightest!!! Youll also have to go stand in line at 5 oclock in the morning hopefully youll get a job. I got a job now where I make twice as much

Staff working here are total jerks and a joke. Only give work to friends or longtime employees, or those that give them a kickback, who knows. Tons of people get the runaround, or denied by some stupid test they make you take. That way they cant be sued for discrimination, cause its the test denying workers, not Labor Works. Any lawyer that wants to make a quick buck should sue these jerkoffs & the testing company. Contractors and companies could find a bunch more workers much easier without dealing with these idiots.

Awesome staff. During my tenure as a daily temp I experienced many potential job offers in a flexible array of trades. Probability of doing it again? Not likely, but if ??? Necessary, this would be a great start.

Worked yesterday. Got my card. Havent been able to activate it or get any response from labor works about it. Havent been paid.I was roofing. Got covered in fiberglass for nothing.REALLY SUCKS
