I have spent over 20 thousand dollars at this place over the last couple of years. I called today to ask about some media rolls i was having issues with that i had purchased from them for my printer. Mike answered and was being unbelievably rude and condescending to me. I was kind of thrown back so i asked for his name, and his response was... well who am I speaking with? When I requested to speak to the owner, he refused to transfer me. Ridiculous. This is the same technician that they have working that never returns calls when you have trouble with your printers. Unbelievable. The owner should not have someone there answering the phone that clearly doesnt want to be there. The owner earns one customer at a time, and Mike loses one customer at a time. What a joke.

Had a problem with my Roland SP300i - Called a few places, either they didnt answer, or told me to email them and someone will return my call (not the answer you need in an emergency with a machine that runs your business) I called Advanced Color and they gave me some quick advice before I asked them to help / service my machine, the problem was very easy and simple and did not require a service on my machine that costs a lot of money. Honest business, not out trying to get your money - and the person who answers the phone actually has knowledge of machines and the industry.
