Ill be coming to this location even though its further from my work, because the staff here completed a large order flawlessly while the Laguna Hills Kinkos did not. When we called in the morning to ask if theyre able to complete a large order of giant check creations, they were very accommodating and eager to help. They went as far as offering to pick up the USB that had the files in it, if the files were too large to upload! They assured us that theyll get the order complete by the event we had that night, and indeed they did! The staff kept us in the loop and called when the first half of the order was done so that we could pick it up to deliver to the event location. An hour later, they completed the 2nd half of the order and we were able to make it in time. Nothing went wrong with this location, so well be continuing to order our giant check projects from here! Not sure why the reviews are so low for this place, but this needs to be remedied!

TERRIBLE!!!Be careful with international shippment. I forgot my cell phone at LA.My aunt explained here that it was a personal item,used cell phone,left behind,in order to avoid problems with customs.They demanded to know its $value in case it got lost. My aunt guessed $250 in case I never received it. After explaining all the situation, spanish customs made me pay the taxes (100 $) because it wasnt specified in the receipt it was a used cell phone!!!and I was charged this because of the value that they asked my aunt to declare!!!

DO NOT ALLOW LISA TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR PACKAGE! SHE WILL TRY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY! Twice she refused to take my drop off because 1.) It wasnt a fedex box 2.) Even when it was a fedex box she said it was in poor condition and wouldnt ship it unless i bought a new one from her. Keep in mind this box was only used once and was in perfect condition, no tears fully entact padding. Horrible service by Lisa.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. I use this office for printing marketing materials. Prices are a little higher than other places but the convenience, fast service, and helpful employees make it worth while. I recommend for anyone needs fast convenient printing and wants good customer service.

I am never visiting this location again, Drop 4 LARGE pre-paid fed-ex boxes. They LOST 3 of 4. Never even put it in the system. Employees got distracted and now im out $800. Not professional at all.

The service here is Great! Bruno was so extremely helpful with my shipping international and made me laugh while doing it. God Bless people like that, it makes my day!
