Our company buys a lot of printing marketing stuff, and we got them from different providers. There were too many issues with these companies: we had to wait several weeks for our products, prices kept changing all time and we didn’t know the status of our job until we got it. This totally changed when we started using Smart Levels, at the beginning we didn’t purchase all our marketing stuff from them because ordering online was too tedious and kind of limited to make special requests like sending to different address or getting a quote first and then purchasing the exact stuff you were quoted on. However, I called the company and they contacted me with Carlos Mendoza (Sales Rep) and it made things easier. Carlos replies our emails immediately, sends clear quotes, answers our calls diligently when we need to make questions and he is always open to make any changes. I highly recommend Smart Levels and if you have the opportunity to choose your Sales Rep, you must pick Carlos Mendoza. You won’t regret it!

We use Smartlevels for so many projects as a design agency and they have never disappointed. Their customer service is amazing. When we need something rushed they make it happen, when we need to adjust the shipping date to !tomorrow! they make it happen, when the order is placed with the wrong paper they call and ask if thats what we really want and fix it. Weve done business cards, banners, table cloths, flyers, postcards, and large prints with them. Ive used them for my own personal projects and theyre the first ones I suggest to anyone looking for something to print. Getting their samples kit in the mail was like Christmas morning for me. Our company, Morgan Drexen, has been using Smart Levels printing for 4 years and is incredibly happy with their quality and service. Smart Levels always gets the job right and on time. Their email system updates you during the whole printing process, so you can virtually follow your jobs progress. Because Smart Levels offers so many services, we are able to print most of our collateral from them including: business cards, banners, signs, flyers, roll-up banners etc. Smart Levels prices are very competitive, so always check their website first before you print. I would say we have had mixed reviews with Smart Levels. For the most part they have decent prices, but they made some changes in 2016 with some of the operations that made us a bit worried. Some of the files that we had uploaded in the past we all of a sudden not okay. Additionally, as with most printers, you really have to watch what you are uploading and make sure things are correct. In other words, using them is fine but make sure you know your printing or you may get stuck with something that may or may not have been your fault.

The best online printer by far and Ive been a customer for about 7 years. Just check their prices. I have yet to find a more reasonable printer. Even with shipping, they are still cheaper than a local printer. Their quality is excellent, their turnaround is outstanding, and they always give me extra pieces with my order. I occasionally look around to see if theres a cheaper alternative, but I have yet to find one. Their online ordering system is intuitive and easy too. Highly recommend!

Definitely not the cheapest place to get prints done it the customer service and wide range of custom marketing products they can do for you is just exceptional! Highly recommend their service and tell them exactly what you want and they will make sure you are satisfied! Only thing I wish they offered was a cheaper delivery service. Unfortunately not too make small businesses use their delivery services because its just not worth it so you see many people come in to pick up.

This is the best place for all your printing needs. Ordering and uploading artwork is all online. Very easy. Super fast service. Everything about the process is easy and upfront. Quality of all of their products is outstanding. You can have your order shipped to you or you can pick it up yourself in Irvine. Take a look at their website and you will get so many ideas for fliers, brochures, banners and postcards. Anything you can create- they can bring it to life.

We use Smart Levels for all of our outside printing needs. They are wonderful! This year we have expanded from printing flyers and brochures to also purchasing banners and foam core boards.
