We had this company remodel our bathroom. The first crew came out to do the shower. They cleaned up their mess and were in and out in a day, great! Another crew came to do electrical and drywall. I had to watch them to make sure things were done right, I had to tell the supervisor of things needing to be done differently. I found drywall bits in my front yard, and drywall mud in my driveway and on my car. I called the office, and asked "Jace" the second in command (?) to come out, but he declined saying he was too busy and it was too far to drive. Im in Riverside and he is in Corona. I wrote a letter to Jim Darling, (im told he was the big boss) explaining all of my concerns and documenting 18 things i had their crew correct. I kind of expected something like " im sorry, or ill look into it, go pound sand, .....) Nothing, i never heard back from him. They got my money and now wont answer my phone calls.

This company hires and has sexual perverts working for them ,went to hone Depot in corona 2 weeks ago to buy some tile only to find out the American home remodeling hade a booth with an old dude working, I walked in and right away this worker chase me all over the store, then I went to pay for my merchandise walked out only to find out the this person was behind running, (at the point I was a bit worry,so he introduce himself claiming he knows me only for me to keep saying nope I do not know you sir, so next thing he made hes move,and ask me if I need or wanted a BJ !!!! I talked to owner of company only to find out the the he really doesnt care.. Im planning on taking this company and Home Depot to court... stay away from this company

This company had a booth at the OC Fair. I set up an appointment for an estimate to be done at my home. They called the day before to confirm, but told me that my wife HAD to be present. My wife is out-of-town, and actually does not want to be there and couldnt care less about the estimate or styles or construction or amenities this company might offer. She simply wants me to handle the details and get a new shower installed soon. This company has lost me as a potential customer over this stupidity. this makes me worry of other weird policies this company may entertain. Buyer beware!!!
