Horrible horrible customer service and greedy!. I wanted a new tub surround but was told my job was too small for them. I said your brochure states u do this. I was told we are a builder and we build and do full remodels. I then said if I can buy the product and was quickly told I dont seem to understand they are a builder not a supplier. I told the lady I appear to be frustrating you because she was a pushy rude person and she said I was and do I want a lesson on how to google a place that can help me. Nonetheless goodbye crazy 7 year employee!

My husband and I had a new shower installed in our master bath. We are impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. The new shower is attractive, user friendly, and we are proud to have it in our home. We had changes from the original order which were handled right away. This company installed a sun room for me and they did not properly inspect the work to insure it was secured from rodents. They left an opening large enough for a huge rat to enter my home. It cost me $300 to remove the rodent and Pacific Builders agreed to reimburse me after much debate. I then was told a check was mailed; which I never received. Then I was told they would cancel that first check and send me another...here it is weeks later and I am forced to come to their office to retrieve my check!
