I called Economy Hvac & Plumbing one afternoon for a ac problem that I had. KC was the technician that came out and conducted a diagnostic on the on my unit. He was very professional and with a positive attitude. He then told me that my unit was undersized and the compressor was bad. He recommended changing just the compressor but that I was actually interested in getting a whole new unit. He had the best prices and was ready price matching any competitor. He did a professional job installing a complete split Hvac system. I am enjoying my cold house like never before. I cant complain about the service because the gentleman who answered my call today was so unprofessional, I immediately changed my mind on having this company help me. If you cant be professional on the call, why would I have you to my home or trust you with my repairs. Maybe others will have a better experience.

CALLED THIS COMPANY AROUND 10 AT NIGHT FOR EMERGANCY AC REPAIR AT MY HOUSE AND THE TECH CAME OUT WITH IN THE HOUR, HE FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND WAS REAL NICE AND REASONABLE IN PRICING AS WELL, THANKS GUYS
