From the start to the finish Remodel West have exceeded our expectations, handling every aspect of our remodel with professionalism, patience and an attention to detail. It also a company staffed by incredibly dedicated and personable staff. Owner Bill Reid met us at our home to discuss the possibilities with our remodeling goals, he was open and frank about what to expect and offered a whole load of inspiring ideas we hadnt previously considered. Later, with his designer, Sarah Spiroff we reviewed ideas, plans and materials and always felt in complete control and totally supported at every step. Our initial fears of getting overwhelmed by someone elses creative vision were completely unfounded and the design process felt like a true partnership that continued past the final plans and into the smaller details once construction began. Bill presented us up front with a thorough and detailed schedule, complete with staggered (and appropriate) payment dates that only slipped on account of our own change orders. Upon the start of demolition and construction Remodel West, in the talented hands of Jim Welch, treated our house with the utmost respect, ensuring minimal intrusion to our daily lives by installing a dust wall (even in the garage) and keeping us appraised regularly of who to expect at the house and the work they would be doing. Bill followed up frequently with his check-ins, handled all permits and inspections and when a small mistake was made with the profile of the granite counter top (a pencil edge was cut when we had specced a straight edge) the team alerted us before it was installed and Sarah met me on her day off at the shop to discuss our options. I was never pressured into accepting the mistake and Remodel West quickly and effectively remedied the problem. The resulting remodel is better than we could have imagined, with only some minor grumbles about the quality of the flooring - in part a material choice and in part installation sloppiness from a sub-contractor. We are so happy with their work we added a few change orders to have our house repainted and patio remodeled. I cannot recommend Remodel West enough, the whole team were impressive and ultimately the finished product speaks for itself - the design, layout, fit and finish are exemplary.

We chose Remodel West for our project based on the recommendation of our friends, who are repeat customers of Remodel West. The fact that anybody would choose to work with the same builder twice says volumes. Our project was the addition of new space to our home , and two high-end bathroom remodels into that space. The service was top notch from start to finish. Their design team was extremely helpful in selecting finishes and materials. The attention to detailing in the space was truly remarkable and was evident to me early in the construction. All issues were resolved with the quality of the finished product as the first priority. For example, we were dissatisfied with the quality/color of some slate tile, and the issue was resolved quickly to our satisfaction with no cost to us. The skills of their in house carpenters is truly remarkable. The quality of their sub-contractors was also excellent. The coordination of the construction was very smooth and the project finished almost exactly as scheduled. Each day the job site was left clean and orderly. The price of their quote may appear high compared to others, but compared to other projects I have done, there was no surprise and their quote was absolutely complete and thorough with no additional costs. They even framed and plumbed a temporary shower in our garage so that the family could bathe while the two full bathrooms were being built. After the project was completed, subs were dispatched to fix minor issues - quickly - no hesitation. The quality of their work was excellent and we are extremely happy with the finished work. I would definitely recommend.

Remodel West just completed a remodel/addition to our home and they did a great job. We added about 200 sq ft and remodeled the kitchen, laundry, family, dining and living rooms. Duriing the remodel/addition we lived in the other half of the house with absolutly so issues for seven months. Remodel West is a fully integrated company from design to construction. Our designer was certified and very creative. She helped us determine our style and all the material to put into the space. The engineering team kept the building plans within our budget. The construction team executed the project plan, stayed on schedule and built a quality product. Overall, it has been a great experience and we are totally satisfied with the results. We recommend Remodel West because they came up with a creative, open, and graceful design. They executed flawlessly and they walked the talk. Remodel West did every thing they said they were going to do and then some. The addition does not look like an addition. They were very responsive to our ideas and care-abouts. This was our third remodel on this property so we had some experience. Remodel West made the experience so comfortable and rewarding that we will definitely use them in the future

We hired the RemodelWest team to design and construct what was pretty close to a whole house remodel. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the very beginning, the ideas the design team had to offer blew our original ideas out of the water. In addition to having great ideas, the design team kept us on track with choosing and purchasing materials timely so the construction would not fall behind schedule. And the interior designer was very helpful with advice about fixtures, lighting, stone, counter tops, back splashes, etc. While the construction was in progress, my husband and I and our two dogs lived in our family room, laundry room and small bathroom, which was the only area of the house that was not impacted by the project. All of the contractors who were at our home, including all of the subcontractors, were very professional and respectful. RemodelWest managed the job impeccably and actually completed it ahead of schedule. When we presented RemodelWest with our punch list, the team had no hesitation about taking care of everything we requested and even added a couple of things to the list that he had not noticed. I would recommend RemodelWest without hesitation.

We just remodeled 2 full bathrooms. And the Remodel West team was great -- and that is what they-- a great team. We didnt experience what so many others do with other companies -- RW team WAS on schedule, SET our EXPECTATIONS perfectly and when we had even small items needed -- they followed up on them immediately. Even after the bathrooms were completed they still were willing to work with us on items they did not need to. The only constructive feedback was that there were some items off scope, (i.e., painting the bathrooms) that, overall, I wish we could have had them manage. But, that said, they offered to do when the time came so even that was great. And, the end result -- we like the bathrooms! We will definitely get a quote from them as we embark on our kitchen remodel. Highly recommend.
