Bob, you made this project far more difficult than it had to be. It took over a year to have a simple pole barn built. Was back-burnered for weeks at a time, on numerous occasions, because Bob had several jobs going simultaneously. Bob wouldnt return phone calls most of the time. Throughout the process I had to leave multiple messages with John (his assistant), who Im sure hears these complaints on a daily basis. I actually felt bad for him because I could hear the frustration in his voice. I have made multiple calls to have leaks fixed. Its always a battle to get Bob to honor his workmanship and send someone out. Here we are, two years later and my roof still leaks. $30,000 for a leaking building... what a joke. If youre looking to harvest rainwater inside your building, Bob is your man. If you want it dry, done on time, without headache and stress, look elsewhere. Update 3/27/16 Bob promptly called me the day after my review went live. He sent out another employee to perform leak repairs. I wont know if the leaks are fixed until the next heavy rain. Until then, Ill upgrade my review to fair. At least were moving in the right direction.

They never keep their word, always rescheduling! When they actually decide to work (never schedule them for Friday Bob said that "they dont like to work on Friday" and "that they dont work very hard that day") they dont bother to check their work! A project that should have only taken but a month (maybe two months but thats being dramatic) has taken easily 8 months!!! I will tell all my family and friends to never do business with them! Its been not only a headache to be a customer of theirs but its been an absolute nightmare! Should have read the reviews, they were right.

We built a Pole Barn, 24 x 40 with Alpha Steel Buildings this past year. King County permitting took an extremely long time to get us permitted, but once we had the go-ahead these guys put up our building very quickly. We live near a river so the soil had HUGE boulders which took ASB extra time to excavate but they didnt charge us any more. We also had to upgrade the size of our posts from 6"x6" to 6"x10" due to the engineers requirements and they covered that extra expense as well. Thanks Bob and John

I had them build my 20 x 30 garage about 9 years ago. They drug there feet for 18 month trying to force me to pay an extra $5000.00 for a drain system. Then I had to take time off work to go to the county and fix the problems .one star rating is to high for the lack of quality and unprofessional business ethics. Have had leaks in the roof because the builder didnt bother to properly secure fasteners. I would never recommend this company to build anything.

I am so beyond irritated!!! Alfa Steel Buildings has had $65,000 of our money since October 2016 and they STILL HAVE NOT STARTED BUILDING. Im having to call and fight with them to even show up to do their God damned job! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY REASON!!! SPREAD THE WORD.

Their craftsmanship is horrible! My roof has leaked for 10-years! Just try to get them to honor the warrantee!
