David came to our house to service our air conditioning unit. It had shut off after making a loud noise and smelling like something was burning. He arrived in time and was very patient and personable. He went straight to work and took time to answer all my questions and explained everything he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He offered to repair my fan motor & when I asked about getting a new system, he referred me immediately to someone who could help. I ended up getting the fan motor replacement which he completed immediately. I was very satisfied with my service experience.
