They most certainly get you a job quickly and are rather friendly in my experience but I refuse to give a rating based soley on smiles and sweet talk with no actual delivery. I have been on an assignment for 6 months theough them and they have consistently messed up either my hours or my coworkers hours on a weekly basis, sometimes people dont receive pay for the entire week and then when you call them to ask what happened they tell you to talk to your manager who then tells you to call the Appleone office back to get your hours youre missing then theyll finally sign off and maybe youll get your money next week or the week after. They say they do but actually do not give backpay for people that become forklift operators and dont receive their bonus for months. The staff members have always been friendly towards me and I feel somewhat sorry for having to write such a negative review but money is what directly affects peoples lives and it is not okay to mess that up. I think someone else said it best in their review "I show up on time so I should get paid on time, every time."

I been in touch with the appleone in corona and in upland and they are equally unprofessional. Every time I call to speak to a particular person they are never available. One of the ladies from the upland office sent me to a job that I already worked and when I got there they said I wasnt suppose to report and I was to get paid four hours for showing up. I called Wednesday to verify my four hours and I was reassured of the payment but On Friday no deposit. So when I called they tried to make it seem like it was my fault for reporting to the assignment that I wasnt suppose to report to but they sent me there. Apparently the manager wont be in until Tuesday. Even when you work for them sometimes you might get paid on time and sometimes you dont. How are they getting away with how they operate?. Horrible!!!!!

The customer serves sucked. They lie about positions. There description is totally different of the job itself so you wont say no to it. They dont care about you or are understanding. I had to go to the hospital cause I was really sick, like throwing up, coughing, and almost fainitng and they let me go even though I was able to obtain a doctors note so they wont think Im missing work just because. They wont reply to emails and wont answer phone calls. I tried emailing my rep. for other jobs information and she never replied so I just changed agencies and it was the best choice. Some of there rep. are rude. Especially the manager. You can talk to her and she will talk with attitude, rudeness, and a smart mouth to make you feel stupid. Not worth it.

They have good jobs, dont get me wrong...but the girls in the office are snobby and rude. Not only were they unorganized, (couldnt find my information), but they had people waiting in the lobby while they very loudly discussed what they were having for lunch! I was only there for a drug test that I was told should only take 5 minutes, but once it was my turn, I was very rudely told that because I was chewing gum, I had to wait 10 more minutes and be there longer! I was not told this the 2 days before this appt! If you have an option, go to the downtown riverside location or even the san bernardino or upland location. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

They will perform their dutie of finding you a job, yet once you are assigned a position they seem to forget how to pay their clients on time. They have shown a complete lack of consistency when it comes to ensuring your pay. In most instances you have to bully your way into getting any clear answers with them on proper hours worked and how much you are actually alloted and payed. I am suprised this location is for one, open and second still allocating prospects for work when they can not even ensure the pay on time for those already assigned to a warehouse. Better business Bureau might get a call to investigate...

If I could give them negative stars I would. They dont even deserve one star. WORST customer service ever. Receptionist is just rude and they dont contact you back. ever. I submitted my resume months ago and tried to follow up. They dont reply to e-mails and their phone hangs up. I finally went in person and receptionist was so rude. First thing she said was that you need an appointment before I even said a word. She then told me I didnt have enough experience (I have a Bachelors degree and years of job experience). She couldnt even read my resume right. What a waste of time.

Not the best service...the first day I go apply in person and it was an employees birthday so the receptionist wasnt even at her desk I was waiting for 20 mins before I got annoyed n rang that dumb bell they have,and I wasnt the only one waiting keep in mind ...they only helped me get one job ..didnt stay at the location very long ,so I kept calling to see where else they can place me and I always got ..whos your recuiter ,""oh shes not here"Ill leave her a message to call you back " .....4 months later n still nothing hahaha ..what a joke .

Is it possible to give zero stars? I created the online profile, submitted my resume and was told they would schedule a sit down interview. Nothing. The wouldnt even return my calls. Its been over 6 months since and Ive never heard a thing from them. Maybe they just arent vet friendly, because I know some people have had success in the past. Avoid. Youre probably better of holding a sign at a freeway offramp.

THIS PLACE IS ALL TALK AND NO ACTION. They lie about the positions on their website in order to bait you into the office. They then onboard you and get you to hand over your references so they can expand "their" network: you never hear anything back except an offer rarely for crappy minimum wage jobs.

I had the worst experience looking for a job at this agency. had an appointment and still having to wait over two hours. They dont even have any jobs to offer regardless of the many traits that I have. People, save your time and effort there is plenty of other agencies around the area.

Whoever answers the incoming calls is very VERY unprofessional. Does not seem like she likes her job. Called for employment information and her tone of voice was like she wanted to get off the phone. Not very helpful. If i could give this job agency no stars i WOULD.

Ashley is rude ...the online time card is pretty hard I was locked out of my own account and she acted like I was bothering her when she has My passcode they made me wait two weeks to get one day pay I would turn them down... this place is a joke .

I have been in apple for roughly a month now and every week I have to call to make sure I get paid on time or else my check wont get process I called today and they told me I had to call every Thursday to make sure I get paid. THATS YOUR JOB DUMMY.
