I let them know before that I was going to be a father soon so if my family needed me, I needed to leave because of complications from the pregnancy my wife was having, this only happen like 2 times, now that my son is born and hes here I call in, and as soon as they hear my name they say no, but I had my friend call right after not even 10 second later she said yes if he can come in right now, smh its okay though lesson learned

Discrimination in many ways.Val the lead employee takes things in her own personal task. Job sites are always not what they are until you get there and its to late and missleading.Wil tell you theres no work when there is and send new people to test them.Lawsut waiting to happen.
