Friendly, courteous, and great making you feel comfortable as far as the staff goes, in general. Returning phones calls.....nothing! I have left 4 messages, because everytime I call my agent is either in a meeting, stepped out for a moment, or just "not available " at the time. They say they will leave a message, I give it to them, but have yet to recieve an e-mail in regards to my message or a call back. When she set me up with the assessments, I was told I have 78 hours to complete. I was physically in the office doing all my tests the next day. I do medical billing and coding and a few of the test were on coding, which you need coding books to do the test. In fairness, I should have brought my books, but I had asked for my agent so I could ask her if I needed them or were the questions in "general" in regards to coding? The receiptionist told me my agent was in a meeting (apparently they have alot of meetings there). So I asked her if she knew anything about the tests and if I needed books? She said, "You are not supposed to use references for the test". I explained, with coding you have to use the books, there are thousands of codes, you cant do the job nor test on them, without the books. She said "Go ahead and start the test. If it turns out you need the books, I can let ---- know and she can just reset the test". I did what she said... guess what I need! I went back out to the front desk and asked if my agent was done with her meeting. She said no. I told her it will need to be reset, the book is needed. She said, "I will let ---- know, to reset it. I will leave a message at her desk so she can do it as soon as she gets out of the meeting". I thanked her, she goes to help somone else, I gather my things to go. On my way out I am thinking, this lady does not even know who I am, so how is she going to leave the message to reset my test? I tell her my name and she said she knew who I was from the sign in sheet (which when I first arrived and asked "do I sign in?" I was told "no"). Well, she got my name anyway. When I got home I went to check if the test was reset, NOPE. But I did have an email from the agent, stating that I need to complete my tests quickly, "time is of essence", and it was sent around the time she was "in her meeting". I called 4 times after that to get that test reset, before the 78 hours expired. Then I called one more time to find out what is going on. No call back, no response in any way!! Its Friday now, and they have closed for the weekend. So now it just looks like I have absolutely no idea on how to code, even though I just passed my CPC exam. It is a bit disappointing. Now I will be going to look into another agency as well as my own searching. Probably have better luck. SIDENOTE: MAYBE IF THIS GETS READ BY THE OFFICE, SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK.

I moved here from Texas. I started looking for employment in June/July 2013. I responded to an ad and a representative from AppleOne Ontario (I will not name names but if you ask, I will tell) contacted me via email. I was applying for a specific job at the same time trying to sale my house. Ch_______ asked me when I would be moving and I told her, "I am finishing up the final touches on my house in order to list on the market by the end of this week. When would this position start? In addition, this position is a temp to perm? Correct? I have a goal by Sept 1st, although if employment comes sooner then I will be able to adjust my schedule due to my listing agent being a very good friend, he will watch over my property until sold." I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE BACK FROM THIS EMAIL"?? 2 days later, I emailed her again to ensure she received my email, she responded, "Hi Ch___ I did, I will need you to contact me closer to your move please.". Ok, understandable but what about the answer I never received... Early Sept 2013, set up appt to go in and meet with Ch_______, we talk about my experience/family, etc., then we talk about SKYPE, and she says, "oh we can do that here"??? THEN WHY DID SHE NOT DO THAT WITH ME BEING IN TEXAS AT THE TIME I APPLIED BACK IN JULY"??? I told her where I lived in SoCal and she said, "The great thing about AppleOne is that I can access all locations employment opportunities and I will find the closest one to you"! I thought great. HOWEVER, I only received ONE interview through this location and it was NOT in my current area?? I asked her "are you able to access my online assessments from Texas" and she said "yes" I am able to do that, then 2 days later I get an email with a list of 16 assessments to complete??? I thought she said she could access this info from Texas??? If I was not confused before I am confused now!!! I went through an AppleOne agency in Texas and received the one job that was open... when I look on their site (A1 in the area I reside), there are several job opportunities I could be offered BUT I am not receiving any calls from them... Oh, wait... I did receive a call 2 weeks after applying stating "I am still working on it" BUT nothing.., I received a call the same day from the "Office Manager" about my experience, tried to call her back and had to leave a message, GUESS WHAT, I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!!?? Needless to say, I found employment with NO help from Apple one...

I was very disappointed with AppleOne. Unfortunately I was assigned to Cassandra. I met with her and we went over my application and she suggested I make changes on my Resume, in which I did. I was there for an hour. I took the online assessment test at home. I felt that I could have did better, so I emailed Cassandra three times requesting a retest. She indicated that I could take the assessment test as many times as I wanted to, she never responded, I called her and left a detailed message with Nicole, the receptionist. Cassandra never returned my call or responded to my emails. It may not be AppleOne thats not professional, it may just be Cassandra. This was very disappointing to me because, I have been out of work for five months and I wasted my time and my gas going to meet with someone who obviously didnt care. Cassandra if you get a chance to read this, you really should change your approach when conducting business with people. You could have at least given me the common courtesy and returned my phone call and or replied to my emails. After all it is the public that has kept AppleOne in business all these years and if it was not for people like me, you wouldnt have a job. Although this YELP review is under my daughters name, it is me Angela Brown that wrote this review.
