I came to this salon by a friend that has been coming here for 2 years and recommend me to get a hair cut at Elite Hair studio. So I asked him if he knew a place and he said to go check out Elite Hair studio and ask for Lisa. The next day I made an appointment and I met Lisa for the first time and gentlemen let me tell you that she is fantastic what she does. I loved her service, very kind and sweet lady. Every time I walk in there she makes me look and feel like a Hollywood star, shes that good :)

Very good experience both times I walked in this salon with no appt. Stephanie cut my hair the first time and I was happy with the cut and style. The next visit Shannon did a complete makeover on my hair. Color correction, cut, and peek a boo highlights I was there for a while but it was worth it. I am happy with the results. Shannon took her time going over different styles and colors that would suit me best and gave me what I asked for. I will definitely go back.

I came here to cut and color my hair which was damaged, faded color and very unhealthy. Shannon helped me and completely transformed my hair. From color to texture and cut. I love the vibe in the salon the girls are very energetic and funny . So of course I went back one week later just to get more done to my hair. Love this place and will make this my salon from now on.

Ive had nothing but the best experiences with Shannon (salon owner) Great prices, great work and friendly skilled professionals!!! She gives the best hair cuts (that make my hair grow), she took my hair from oranges and damaged to blonde and healthy. She always talks to you about what you want and helps you to understand what you need for your hair type.

Today, I was in Elite Hair Studio and I must say that this place is absolutely the worst in terms of customer service. This is because Shannon the store manager, treats her customers very unequally and her rudeness makes her the most impolite and discourteous person I have ever met. Stay away from this place and I do not recommend it.

This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life not only did she talk about my personal life aloud she also was demeaning and irritated the whole time and this is the owner then she asked me if I smoked weed and if I did drugs and was humiliating and unprofessional
