Im only giving one star because there wasnt an option for zero. My family and I had a terrible experience with this restaurant on Saturday 4/15/17. We reserved their party room about 3-4 weeks prior and the manager that helped us set that up was great! He was very friendly and answered all the questions my Mom and I had. So we reserved the room from 12-4. We figured we could decorate and set up the first hour and our guests could get there at 1. From the moment my Mom arrived (and me shortly after) the woman (who I assume was the manager) treated us terribly. First off, my Mom had requested they vacuum the floors before we arrive because we were going to have toddlers who will no doubt be crawling and sitting on the floor. We were told that wasnt an issue. But when my Mom arrived the floors were filthy and so were 5 of the 7 tables. They had crumbs and were sticky. So she reminded them and asked them to take of it. Thats when the manager told my Mom we would have to leave the party room by 1:30 because another party was coming. Immediately she fought that because we reserved it almost a month prior from 12-4. And thats when the major attitude started. When asked about vacuuming the floors we were told their vacuum was broken and all they could do was sweep. So we asked them to sweep. Then when the tables were still sticky and covered with crumbs I went and asked them to clean the tables. The gentleman that I talked to went right away to help but the woman at the same time came out and had an expression like "what do you want now?!" She also blatantly ignored my husband when he went to ask for another high chair. She looked at him and then proceeded to ignore him until one of the other employees came to ask what he needed. Another example, when she brought out the stack of plates for our party she slammed them down on the table. Overall, we were met with dramatic sighs when we had a request or question, to eye rolls and major attitude. Also every single high chair was broken. 2 high chairs the straps were broken and did not buckle and 2 of them had very loose backings. This was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience, since it was my daughters 1st birthday party. However our experience was instead very disappointing and upsetting from the way we were treated. And it gets WORSE. On Monday my Mom called corporate to give a complaint. The woman she spoke to wrote up a report and was very nice and said we would hear back within a couple days. Well they had sent a copy of the report it the store and within a couple hours my Mom received a call from a manager there. Whos first response was that we never had a reservation to begin with. Which is a lie because they called my Mom to confirm our reservation the night beforehand. When it was obvious the lady didnt want to do anything to help my Mom let her know we would leaving a negative review. To which the lady asked if there was anything she could do for us. My Mom paid $174.36 on this party. Thats a lot of money for how we were treated. She told the lady what she spent and that maybe a small refund would help make up for our terrible experience and service. To Which the lady responded with "No I cant just take money out of my own pocket. I can give you a free pizza next time you come in". My family has been going to Round Table for the last 30 years. And its sad theyve lost customers from this. We are still waiting to hear from corporate to see if anything more will be done. Ill post an update if anything changes. But so far we are very unhappy with our services on saturday and do not plan on going back to this restaurant.

We ordered are Pizza to be delivered, and it was very hot. We ordered the XLarge with everything. The problem was it was to spicy to eat. It burned our throats, we complained to Sue the manger. She said to had call Round Table and complain to them. I said is there anyway we could solve this because I was calling my card company to put a stop on payment. She said go ahead I dont care, and that I would lose because they already delivered the pizza and I couldnt get a refund. I said oh yes they would. I asked if we could get another pizza that was not spicy HOT, she said no that we can come in to their store to get another. I told her we couldnt drive there because my husband was not feeling well. She said there was nothing they could do about it. I was calling my card company when a call came in, I answered it and it was a Round Table and it was a man, not Sue. He asked if he could make this right, I said thats what I was trying to say to Sue (the manager) who wouldnt even try to resolve this. Well the man, I think his name was John, was very polite and wanted to solve this. We selected the another Pizza with garlic cream sauce. They delivered it and it was good and hot. The pizza was so wonderful. It was outstanding. Im so glad we could work this out because we will be ordering more. The driver was very polite .

Terrible cheap customer service by the manager .... It happend to be the owner. I was getting my food from the buffet and need it a napkin. I approach the register while I wads getting 2 nakips the owner told me that I have alot of them ony table. I told her what a cheap and poor customer service of her. I wanted to cancel my debit transaction but my family was getting the food and didnt want to ruin their lunch time. I gave back the 2 napkins and told her that this was my first and last time at the location that I as a customer I have more choices where to spend my money. She needs customers and will make sure that all my friends , family and co-workers at CNUSD knew about it .... So think twice if you want to spend your money at this location. My biggest mistake didnt read the previous review before I visited this location.

Round Table has always been my favorite growing up, i think its the best pizza chain around, actually i used to deliver and make the dough every morning at a round table, so i know its fresh ingredients, it is a little pricey but well worth it, this place is very clean, big establishment with a little arcade, and bar set up, several big screen tvs, and salad bar, also an outside eating area, staff seems friendly enough

The employees who rang us up was very personable and friendly. They had coupons we could use for our order instead of a future order. He was able to help us with our order, make small talk and help others that came up for help all at the same time, seamlessly. The food was perfect, hot and fresh. Not too noisy inside, and TVs were all over playing different sports. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

The staff seems so nice but when I asked to speak to the owner due to my pizza being raw this VERY RUDE woman stated you will never speak to the owner deal with the maneger. I later found out the rude woman WAS in fact, the owner. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS PLACE. I REFUSE TO LET SOMEONE SO RUDE, LACKING SIMPLE COMMUNICATION SKILL TO PROFIT OFF OF ME.....
