I have never had worse customer service Ever!!! After calling corporate to complain, they told me I would have a quick response regarding an employee not washing hands, waiting 35 min. For a burrito because they forgot my order and THEN to top it off, an employee took my burrito into the back to eat it! It has been nearly 3 weeks and No call back yet!!!

I used the drive-thru, big mistake! The female who took my order clearly dislikes her job. She kept speeding through my order incorrectly and constantly saying "Is that it?" I spoke to the manager name Beliza F. who clearly doesn't know what customer service is about. I wouldn't return to this Pollo Loco even if I was starving.

Great place. Service is fast and the location very clean. The food here is great and the employees are friendly. There is a lot of seating here and it doesnt get very crowded. I always order Pollo Bowls because they taste great and it is a lot of food. Dont forget the salsa, limes, onions, and cilantro. It makes the food that much better.

Came to this el pollo loco since I was a kid and always had good experiences only con is the business hours are incorrect online from the stores posted hours and they have not addressed the issue and I have seen a lot of cars in drive thru after closed its been 11/2 years since I noticed the time issue

The $5 combo bowls were good. The only thing is when i ordered, I pull up to the drive thru window to pay and they completely forgot what I ordered. Also, they gave me raspberry ice tea that was watered down...I should of checked before I drove home

Bad customer service. Food just sitting their and getting cold. The manager talking to employees and saying she doesnt care if customers complain about customer services. This suck. Employees are busy talking among themselves.

The watered-down creamy cilantro dressing leaves a LOT to be desired! The one on Van Buren in Riverside doesnt do that. Therefore the Tostado Salad is sooooo much better!

I love the Ranchero Burritos and the Tostada Salads. I hate this parking lot. Way to small for all the businesses they have here. Great service and food.
