La comida está buena, mi mala experiencia fue el baño, tuve que decirles, deberían tener aromatizante olía muy mal , y no era porque alguien lo acababa de usar, ya no te sientes a gusto de comer en un lugar donde no se nota que tienen cuidado con la limpieza en general.

Drove threw and the order taker took a long time to take our order when there was only one car in front of us up at the window. When we drove up to the window the lady wasnt friendly like most cashiers are and we had to wait a very long time for our order, we were expecting it to be hot and fresh because of the wait but to our surprise our food was very cold and didnt taste fresh, we also didnt receive any napkins or utensils for our order. We definitely would never return to this El Pollo Loco and wouldnt recommend it ever to anyone.

First off, we waited way too long for us to be in drive thru. Secondly, we were greeted with a very horrid attitude of a girl at the window and told us we needed to park by the front door (which is no problem). Thirdly, the girl that brought us our food had the worst attitude and when I asked for another cilantro dressing, she rolled her eyes. Theyre only getting one star because the young gentleman who came and brought us the dressing was super friendly and nice. Attitude check needed.

First time there, went through drive thru and my $60 order was missing things, was wrong and the overstuffed quesadilla didnt have cheese. I called when I got home and noticed. Armando (the manager) told me to ask for him next time and would make it right. Went back today and Armando sure made it right, gave me what was missing, the burrito I had ordered and 2 drinks. .....the overstuffed quesadillas DONT have cheese...so dont expect it!!!

Great place makes me feel right at home with their great managers and employees love the way they make it feel like its not a fast food restaurant although there food does come out right on time. Their employee Toni is one of my favorite , he always welcomes everyone and greets everyone with a nice heart warming smile. He makes sure to treat everyone with respect and kindness. Id recommend this place to family and friends.

This el pollo loco is the best i went to. And This one cashier name Ashley Z... really stood out from all the others, she always asked if the customers need anything, always ask for refills on drinks, and i have a daughter and she gave her stickers and with her working their i love it.

False advertisement i drove 5 miles and arrived at 10pm on March 16th 2013 because the website stated they close at 11pm and i get to the window the girl working. says they are closed....Id think about hiring people with better attitudes.
