Always great food, but its ridiculous that they make you wait in the parking lot when there is nobody else in the drive thru simply because they dont want their timer to be high. Resulting in them forgetting to give me salsa & me having to get out of the car. Whatss the point of the drive thru. Poor service. Especially when the male drive thru worker is rude & cutting me off when ordering

Check your order before you leave the drive through. I ordered a 3 piece, they gave me 2, and the 2 pieces looked like someone had eaten them already. I gave them 3 stars because management took care of it after I returned. Chicken is a bit small, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, it tasted pretty good.

A bit slow on the drive thru when I was there... worst of all, my soda was flat! Boo! However the DO have the $5 pollo bowl combo, unlike my local pollo loco which raised the price to $5.89. Service was friendly and my food order was correct.

This is the only El Pollo Loco I have ben to that has consistently been clean and orderly. The one in La Vern is so poorly run. The food was served with accurate portions and warmth. The Staff is always friendly.
