El Pollo Loco has always been a favorite of mine because of the flame-broiled way they grill their chicken. Everything on their menu seems to be served warm and fresh at this location, the service is awesome, and the restaurant is always clean. I believe the drive-thru at this location is open 24/7 which is nice for a late-night snack if youre out and about, but the entire shopping center is located in between residential and commercial buildings so its an interesting mix of people that frequent the area (some on their personal free time and some on lunch for work).

This is my favorite El Pollo Loco. I can eat here everyday. The service is amazing, friendly, efficient, fast, and helpful. They have always gotten my order correct in the drive-thru and inside. The staff knows the menu and will offer suggestions if you are unsure what to order. My chicken is always warm and delicious. My salads are always made correctly and my drink order is always correct. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and it has all been delicious!

The service was great. The place is busy and kept clean. During lunch hour they seve you fast. You dont have to wait for a long time. I have been to other Pollo Loco Restaurants and they take much longer during their busy times. They dont compare to this one during busy hours. This one is great!

We get the catering service 3-5 times a year. Today it was better than ususal. The chips were soo fresh. They came in set up and were right on time. The food was exactly as ordered. Great job! We choose this one over our more local location because of their level of service and delivery.

my store loves their food so we buy lunch for my store here dispite the wait time which is always long but my main issue is almost everytime it seems our order is missing something major or is messed up in someway and today was the last straw were done with this location.....

Ordered a big order online for a party. Came to pick it up and they didnt have it done. Didnt even know about the order. Needless to say we were quite dissatisfied. Pretty much screwed our party. Would not recommend doing a big order. Seems to be ran my immature kids.
