This location sucks! Total rice Nazis! I asked for extra rice and the little boy behind the counter gives me 2 half-filled scoops. I repeat myself and he proceeds to ad a laughable quarter spoon! I ask him if hes joking, he ads another quarter spoon. Mind you at this point hes given me a total of 1.5 spoons! I got annoyed and told him I can do this all day. At this point a nice young lady steps in, apologizes for the little boy and finishes my order. This is the third time Ive had this issue at this location. From now on Ill drive the extra few miles and go to the Foothill Ranch location. Theyre waaaaaayyyy better!

We stopped in and had a fantastic lunch today. The service was above and beyond great, you can feel the passion from the 2 employees which served us, Brenda Ramirez and Jocelyne Flores...they truly love their jobs and Chipotle...it shows !! We were served fast. The food was fantastic, popping with flavor. The restaurant, bathrooms, windows and outside of the restaurant were very clean. I love the new music. You cant beat the prices, especially for the quality of food !! We will definitely be back to this location !! Thanks again Brenda, Jocelyne and the rest of the Chipotle Staff !!

They are charging more and giving you less. The person behind the counter literally picked up a small amount of meat with the tongs and shook it over my bowl. I got a few scraps of meat in my bowl and a lot of the juice. I complained but the people really didnt care. I can appreciate that their food prices are going up but at least give us the same portions. Never going back there again. Ill stick with one of the mom & pop Mexican eateries in Lake Forest.

Went here couple days ago and feel its portions have improved. Staff wasnt overly friendly but acceptable. The one by Home Depot on El Toro has very friendly staff. My friend prefers Chronic Tacos. Since the portions have improved I will go to this location again. Like that they have brown rice now but why do they put animal meat in pinto beans? Get the black beans if you want vegetarian.

Ive been coming to this local chipotle for over 12 years and Im pretty distraught at the recent quality. Ive recently and consistently eaten here and was given significantly smaller portions than ever before. I have also been overcharged twice. I must say Ive lost my "taste" for this location and started going to the location a mile down El Toro, off of Rockfield.

It does not get any better than an oversized burrito filled to the brim. They have great ingredients and good service. The place is always a little too busy, but that is a good sign. If you are a student, present your id card and get a free soft drink with your burrito.

Chipotle has certain level of quality. But if you compare this one to other branches, considering the customer flow, hours and the amount, quality of the food they are giving, finally, seeing their poor service and crappy loud deaf music, two stars are too kind to them.

Only chipotle I will ever go to. The one on El Toro doesnt even know how to properly wrap a burrito and give you stingy portions, unlike the one here on Trabuco. Ive been going to this one for years and will continue to do so!

Long Line! This is the worst customer service at any Chipotle. I waited 19:30 mins in a long slow line. They are just too slow and manger does not speed them up. Food is good, but not worth waiting and standing forever.

The good is pretty good for the price, and the customer service was quite good. I asked for lettuce, but the crew member heard "guacamole", and they made the whole meal free because of that. No complaints from me!

Chipotle in general is usually an excellent experience. This one seems to be a hit or miss depending on who is the chef. Sometimes the meat is a little overcooked and dry and sometimes its just right.
