My pasta dish The Evelyn was tasty, my husband liked his pork chop , my daughter enjoyed a Sprite with us (she was not hungry). My disappointment came from the hostess at the restaurant, Jessica. I run inside the restaurant to receive a time quote before our family decides to park. The hostess quotes me 15 minutes. She quotes the party before me 10 minutes. 30 minutes into our 15 minute wait time my husband inquires about our seating time and he is told we have 50 minutes to an hour wait time. I then inquire with Jessica about the contradiction in time quotes. I review my conversation with her. It surprises me that she claims miscommunication and I must have misunderstood her. I tell Jessica, no. I go on about the party in front of me having a quote of ten minutes. She answers me, yes because they are two so the wait is short. You have three people so it is fifty minute to an hour. I go on to tell her if I knew it was an hour wait I never would have placed our name to wait. She smiles and informs me there is nothing she can do about it and then proceeds to tell me we have to wait another 35 minutes. Our family weighs out our options and we decide to wait. We like the food at The Cheesecake Factory. I must write that Jessicas attitude and vibe places an enormous damper on our night out. I realize people make mistakes but it is all about the attitude.

My friends and I went to Happy hour on the 23rd of March 2017. It was our first time going to happy hour. The first gentlemen who was serving us at the bar was nice. I personally am a bartender and so if my friend so we like to meet other who are nice. We got another bartender in the middle of happy hour and he wasnt so nice. His name was Bryan D and was extremely rude especially at the end when we went to go pay. There was 4 of us and 3 of us had cards. We were very snarky about my one friend having cash and after we paid at the end very rudely told us to let him know (when he wasnt our first server) that wears splitting the check and then took off cause he was mad. I was extremely pissed and honestly will not be coming back to happy Hour there.

Ive been to lots of these chain restaurants in many different states and I came to this one despite a couple of poor reviews I saw and I was sadly disappointed. My food (Skinnylicious Enchiladas) was lukewarm at best and the plate was smeared on all the edges by fingerprints...not mine....upon arrival. The Escobiche salad was not crunchy but the flavor was good, The enchiladas, as well as being only warm had somewhat dry pieces of chicken inside and again, the sauce was not good in its semi-cold state. Luckily, Jason was such a nice and attentive waiter and that made the experience worthwhile, but in future, I will only go to the Fashion Island location in this area.

Called ahead of time to see if they would allow dogs in the patio area, and the person answering the phone said that they would. I drove 15 min to the restaurant, and when I got there the manager told me that I couldnt bring my dog in, and she had to stay outside of the gate. When I asked for an explanation all she could day was"Im sorry". Late in the evening and by the time I drove there everything else was closing and ended up going to a burger place just to get something to eat. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism.

Took my family here for my mother in laws birthday. What a mistake! Service was poor and food was awful. I ordered a bacon and mushroom burger and the buns were soggy with grease! Waiter didnt seem to know what he was doing, and it took 45 minutes from the time we ordered to receiving our food. Overall, we were there for 2 hours and the majority of time we had to get the waiters attention so he could do his job. I can get a better burger at Carls Jr. for 1/3 of the price they charged me for that POS. You are better off going elsewhere.

Always good food ,,, but a twenty five minute wait, at the to, go cake counter to order a single slice of desert. apparently all the phone in orders to go are handled at that same counter so be prepared to wait a long time just for them to hand you a slice of dessert. another words dont come here for dessert. Hurry. the same thing goes if you phone your order and replace it online ahead of time youd be standing in the same line with only one person behind the counter waiting your turn Got to be 12 people long.

Good service decent food. Parking is rough at this location if you are looking to park near their entrance. Not as many spots and a big block of free spots are blocked off for a valet service it seems nobody really uses. Lots of people driving around looking for spots when there are plenty available but blocked off. Of course that does not play into my review. Ultimately, nothing spectacular, just what you would expect from a chain sit down restaurant.

Was in the mood for PF Changs lettuce wraps for lunch, but girlfriend wanted cheesecake, and as always she gets her way, so Cheesecake Factory it was. I saw lettuce wraps on the CF menu and decided to try them. Wow! While PFs are very good, CFs are fantastic! A better variety of ingredients, color, tastes, and dipping sauces that made the dish extremely good, and plenty enough for two people to share. Enjoy!

We got seated right away. Minus points for dirty dishes on the table. The server James is on his game. Refilling drinks, clearing the table and bringing to toddler plate for my 13 month old son. Food was served nice and hot. Added points for not putting the hot plate on front of my 4 year old. This was were our first date dinner wa. As always a great anniversary dinner. Thank you cheesecake. You rock.

The glory of this restaurant is fading away lately. I have been coming frequently but this time services are lousy silverware is not clean the quality is not like it use too. The food is great but because of services I will not come back neither recommend it to you if you are services sensitive.

This place gets incredibly busy during dinner. Id make reservations or expect a long wait. The food is great, but they just added calories to their menu. I think the average meal is around 1500-2000 calories. Their cheesecake is always flawless and my personal favorite is the Lemon Raspberry

I work for doordash and out of any restaurant I get to go to. This is my favorite! The seriously underpayed and appreciated staff thats always super helpful and very accurate. They are also the most friendliest people I get to see and they seriously are superior when it comes to takeout!

The wait is INSANE. Not always, but I guess whenever I go there. It appears to be one of the smaller Cheesecake Factories, and the food is identical to all the other ones. Bland, generic food, with large portions and even larger bills at the end. Personally I would not recommend.
