Not One of My favorite Chick-Fil-A restaurants to go to, but defiantly has just as amazing food as the others. Very family oriented, love seeing the kids laughing and playing in and out of the play gym. The service is very good, Im almost always greeted, and Im rarely called up to grab my order. I hate having to take a number and wait for one of the employees to yell it out. This is so much nicer being able to sit down, relax, and have the employee come to me. The food is a little on the expensive side, but in my opinion its worth it for the delicious taste. If your wanting to have a healthier meal, I highly recommend their salads with their amazing Vinaigrette dressing, or their grilled sandwiches on wheat buns. In my opinion, paying a little extra is fine when the food is delicious and not to bad for you, plus the experience is worth it.

after my last 3 visits Im done. visit 1, get a 4 count meal that had the smallest, skinniest strips Ive ever seen. theyve been noticeably smaller for a while but these were beyond a joke. because of their size they were overcooked and dry. I called, and was told Id receive some coupons for a free meal to make up for this visit. they took my name, and address. its been over a month and no coupons. visit 2, asked for 8 chick fill a sauces (2 meals), told no problem. only got 6, and instead of waffle fries I had waffle crumbs. visit 3 today ordered 2 meals, was given 3 sauces. asked for more and received, but got home and realized I had the wrong drink, and while not waffle crumbs, waffle fries were stone cold. at $20 a visit this isnt OK with me.

Delightful! Delicious! Was outside on the patio! I enjoyed listening to Latest Christian Rock & Music for your soul! All of the employees were nice! Im:; Eric Baker, the Manager was awesome! Just missed the annual Cow Day where , I would dress as a cowgirl or bringing some cow boots or something about a cow to the store & youd be eating a free Chick ,Fil a! So Eric allowed me to use the free wifi and I was blessed to have not only a free Chick filet but a nice cool glass of fresh lemonade and their great fries before I left the Foothill Ranch store! Thanks again Eric for your kind spirit, it showed through out your Store!! They love to serve*****

Do NOT come here during weekdays lunch time. So many "real housewives of orange county" in here with their 20 kids each. Its literally a zoo in here. Then some kid touched another kid and that kid that the parents steet named "WOLFIE" started screaming bloody murder for the next 30 minutes. Its bad enough that 2 kids meals and one adult meal cost me just underb $20. They are stingy with their sauces to th point where they HIDE them now. Then we got wolfie screaming and all the housewives ranting about how "hard" their home lives are not doing anything.

The employees alone make this a five star rating! The food is yummy too. Oh, its VERY CLEAN too. The elderly gentleman in my photo is Tom. He is 93 (I believe). He comes in on a regular basis to eat and visit. His wife is home bound. The employees embrace him with respect and talk with him as much as their jobs allow. I talked with Tom for awhile too, he is very intelligent and incredibly with-it for his age! Its great to see young people so kind and respectful. Way to go Chick-fil-A!

I went through the drive through with my daughter and tried to use my debit card and it was declined. the manager at the window must have sensed somehow I was already having a terrible morning, she comped my daughters and my meal and told me that she hopes my day would be brighter. I want to thank her and I want you to tell her I said thank you and tha a little kindness can make someones day much better.

This Chik Fil A is a great example of how good this chain can be. Very clean playground, friendly and accommodating staff, and even a little bit of foresight as to how to setup the drive thru to work a little better. Tip that I know works here, and I think also works at any Chik Fil A, if you get the kids meal and dont want the toy, you can ask them to exchange it for an ice cream cone at no cost

Came in for the free chicken sandwich and I cant complain. Inside the place was super nice, everyone was very friendly even when giving away things for free. I would come back but the prices are a bit high. I dont see them using any better ingredients than other chains to account for the difference in price but I could be wrong. The entire area and shopping center is beautiful as well.

Chicken was lightly breaded, cross fries where light, really good chicken! Service was extremely fast for how busy it was! The chicken sandwhich is just a fried tender buns and 2 slices of pickles. The staff was extremely friendly and very quick, very clean inside too.

Its a smaller location than some Ive been in. Great customer service. Loved the employees. My food was fresh. No funky oil taste. I absolutely loved their kid area. Nice set up at the condiment area. Area was clean. By far my favorite Chick Fil A location.

Staff is always friendly, but the quality of the food (fries are almost always cold), accuracy or orders (1 out of 3 visits there will be a mistake), and wait time (seconds to 10 minutes) are wildly inconsistent from visit to visit.

Great sandwiches. But I like it mostly for the well planned out family atmosphere. Good kids meal with books as gifts instead of stupid toys. Play area. Daipers and changing table in bathrooms.

The idea of a chicken sandwitch isnt exactly a got to have it meal, but this place is kind of addicting. The food is good, the people are great, and the place is clean. Feels like home.

A really nice place, all CFA are good but particularly this one. The gentleman seem to be the boss is very friendly. I guess that makes sense chick fil a is attracting loyal customers.
