Very bad store, employee and customer service . Ok I am repeated customer to this location every time I go there the music is very very loud you cant even Hear them or hear you when you place your order this is first . Second, today I just came carrying my 5 years old kid sleeping on my shoulder and I was standing alone no customer beside me and more than 6 employee i can see and all of them were just talking and me holding my son standing for more than 5 minutes no one took my order or even told me Ill be right with you. Then finally the guy asked with a very bad attitude how can I help you? Imagine !!! It was really bad and when I asked the guy where is the manager ? Hes like I am the manager the I told him I was waiting . He didnt let me finish my complaint and hes like let me help this customer then I talk to you , in a very bad attitude. I dont really recommend this place and I will defiantly report the to the head office

Went to this restaurant last Sunday Dec. 9 2012, we were waiting in line for like 25 min. While waiting I saw how the workers were trying to do their work... the first girl that takes your order was slow, didnt seem to know what she was doing and she seemed upset. The cook looked the same. There was almost no food to be served. One girl that works there got back from what it seemed to be her break, she went to the back arrange her hair up in a ponytail, put on her cap and she didnt even wash her hands after that. When we finally got to order, we where told to wait at least another ten minutes! The barbacoa was not ready! We love Chipotle so much, but to this site, even though is close to our home, we are not coming back!

Came here a little late around 8 pm walked in and their were cleaning it was empty so they helped us out right away but the girl that was helping us dont know what was wrong but she was mad upset or something my daughter was telling her what she wanted my daughter is ten years old so she was saying this and that and oh that too I can understand hey say something before she passes it but in the food industry a customer should always be able to change their mind you dont have to give my daughter attitude and start tossing the metal spoons and making faces shes lucky my daughter was there if not I would told her off if you aint happy with youre job go to school and get a career and do something you like

This location is extremely dirty. The service was unfriendly and extremely slow. The tortillas were touching the preperation surface rather than the aluminum foil. I have been to other locations and I observed the employees double the amount of foil sheets as to prevent cross contamination. The burritos were poorly assembled and inconsistently filled. I refuse to pay for a poorly assembled product and terrible service, we immediately walked out. My family and I will not be returning, there are better options in the area.

I am a regular to chipotle visit 3-4 times a week not only to Montclair but surrounding areas. The Montclair is far the worst. Is looking more like Mcdonalds every time i go their. Sloppy and fast, burritos are not folded right food touching the metal counter. Unprofessional workers with bad attitudes. Montclair Chipotle is far the worst i been to upland,la verne and glendora and all have much better service. Chipotle management needs to fix the Montclair chipotle also with Grade B Major Violations.

This is by far the worst Chipotle i have ever been to. Food was cold and the service was horrible. The server didnt make eye contact once with me. She was looking outside for her ride or friend or something. For some reason the food was completly cold. I live 5 mins from the montclair locaiton and when i got home the food was cold like it had been in the refrigator. Been there twice and same experience both times. Recommend going to the Upland locaiton...Much better.

I ordered the chicken bowl and hardly got any chicken. I also ordered the cheese quesadilla for my daughter just for them to forget about it and I asked for it they handed over to me with out the plate, in which the childs menu says it includes rice, beans, child size drink and chips. I went back to ask for my daughters chips, the cashier was very rude. I prefer the service and the food from chipotle from chino hills

Workers were rude. I ordered the carne asada but got laughed at because apparently its ONLY called "steak". The food was pretty awful, had me throwing up later in the day. REALLY EXPENSIVE!!! Leave it to Chipotle to turn a traditionally inexpensive meal like a burrito into an unworthy $15 meal. Trust me, spend your hard-earned money at an authentic "Mexican grill".

This chipotle is my main one. So glad they built one closer to my house! Anyways theres line during the usual times but theyre always stocked up with meats and other stuff. They move as fast as you as order so hurry up! Or you can order online and skip the line. They are usually done by the pick up time they tell you and if not theyll stop and make it right away.

Im not a fan of the food already. "Mexican Grill " is kind of a disgrace. The food is cold, always. And its so loud, you have to repeat yourself, and they have to repeat themselves, and they still get it wrong. I consider it a "Mexican Subway", only Subway is usually good and is actually healthy. On a positive note: the guacamole is rather delicious.

I placed my order online because I knew I was going to be tight on time, 1130am was when it was to ready, it was not ready till 1140. I could of stood in line & rcvd my food faster. & then my to go bag had no utensils or napkins. I ordering one usually from the location on 4th in rancho they always have ready on

Went in around 8:45pm & there was a young black girl & girl with short hair working. Great service. They were so nice and told me everything they had i was trying for the first time and they were great. They even joked and comped mine & my husbands dinner. They were awesome thanks again girls

The service here is not as friendly as chipotle standards. There have been several occasions when I come 30-45 mins before closing and I get a crappy service with attitude.. I might consider going to different chipotle because good customer service is all that matters to me..

The lettuce was spoiled and slime. I requested for fresh lettuce and the batch was also spoiled and slime... Am at the Chipotle in Upland....and the lettuce looks fresh... Chipotle use to be one of the restaurant and today they suck!

Ive eaten here maybe 6 times in the last 6 months. Food tastes like chipotle. I havent fallen sick nor noticed anything unsanitary. Employees arent particularly friendly buy not rude. That doesnt bother me at all. Still 5 stars.
