I had one of the most shocking experiences in my life today here at a pizza place. I placed an online order for an extra large half all meat marvel and half chicken smoke house that came out to 30 dollars just for the pizza. I called in on the phone to confirm that there would be absolutely no vegetables/onions or anything like that on the pizza whatsoever and the employee on the phone confirmed that there would be no vegetables. I had my pizza delivered to me with half of it drenched in chopped up large tomatoes. I had a busy Friday so I called immediately the next day and spoke to the manager Greg. He told me that I had waited too long to call in to get any type of credit and if I had called in right away they would of replaced the pizza right away. What the heck!? I called in within 24 hours and i still have the pizza in my fridge waiting for them! Now here is the SHOCKING thing: After I placed the online order I called in immediately to make sure there would be no vegetables on the pizza. The manager Greg said that he spoke to his cook and other staff and that this was a lie on my end. I had never called in whatsoever and that I seem to be manufacturing it to extort things from them. WOW!!! I just wanted 50% store credit for a small pizza but he refused to give me ANYTHING back and told me to take him to court if I didnt like it! As soon as I told him I had the screen shot on my cell phone to confirm our phone call and my cell phone bill as well to show the call and length he said he was going to call the police on me for harassment if I didnt like the fact im not getting anything back!!! Still in absolute shock how desperate this man is and was to make money off me and call me a liar at it. wow.....

I will NEVER order pizza from this location ever again!!! Ive ordered several pizzas from them in the past but today was the last time ever!!! My boyfriend and I have been so sick since eating the pizza we ordered, my dog got sick as well and all she had was a piece of crust that had some sauce on it. I took it back to this location to get a refund and was told by the surly gentleman behind the counter that because pizza was consumed that he would only give us a partial refund!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! Maybe instead of puking in my toilet from the food poisoning I got from eating this garbage I shouldve puked in the box so that he could have the "whole" pizza back!!! As Im leaving the jerk called me a b*tch. He has some serious KARMA coming back his way... I will be contacting the BBB and the Health Department and notifying them of this encounter and of how sick we got!!!

I have eaten their pizza for 6 years and it is THE BEST IN TOWN. 1. Yes its a little bit more expensive but well worth the price for the exceptional flavor. 2. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The staff are mostly school kids. Parents should be proud of all and any complements given on their deportment. 3. Sue the owner is also pleasant to her STAFF and Customers. 4. The entire Store is clean. I am picky on Cleanliness and asked to see their prep room, aka kitchen where pizzas are made. Found it to be exceptionally clean. 5. Notice the difference on Round Table and other Pizzas = the quantity of pepperoni, the space between each pepperoni.= Which equals more toppings than any other Pizza Store. I work in the same shopping center, and have gone in multiple times. It is very clean and nice looking. I love the staff, they all work very hard and produce good food and service. One day I was in there and one of the employees was cleaning tables with a spray bottle and towel and the owner walked up to him and made him re-do certain spots and was yelling at him! She COULD not be pleased. This woman is extremely rude and unprofessional and was lecturing him on something ridiculous and in front of me! I honestly think if they had a different manager/owner they would have much better business. I feel so bad for the employees, she needs a reality check and to have some respect for the people that are working for her. The food is very good, and remember the employees are amazing, she she isnt. This must change! Thank you for your time.

I LOVE their thin crust pizza and the small slices that come with it. I always order the King Arthurs thin crust extra crispy & a garden salad. I only order for delivery so I have not eaten in the store in 10 years. Therefor I cannot speak for the staff. This particular pizza I enjoy for delivery since it doesnt get soggy by the time it arrives. I havent tried much of the other side orders as it seems to me like greasy fillers. Today is Super Bowl Sunday and I ordered two medium pizzas (the 2nd pizza half off special) 1 small salad, and a med honey chicken wings and it was $50.00! in my opinion, this place is a little expensive.

Im impressed. Never had their pizza before until a couple nights ago, and I had to order again tonight. They do their wings proper for oven baked. Most chain places over sauce the wings and they lose their crispness, but these folks seem to get it. Fried wings are better in my opinion, but I definitely liked these. The Pizza I ordered was a complicated 1/2 this and 1/2 that, two different sauces and toppings. They nailed it! Quality ingredients and plenty of them piled up to perfection. Thanks guys!

You should hear how "Sue" Housenni talks about Americans. She resents us but is nice to our face (usually) so she can take your money and half the time under the table without ringing up the cash register. On a daily basis she goes on and on about how stupid Americans are and how much more sophisticated Persians are than us about everything. I dont get why she doesnt move back to Iran since it is "better" there. Go ahead, we wont miss you! Someone be kind and report her to the IRS for tax evasion.

Hello, I am the customer you never spoke to because you picked up the phone and hung up on me. Then when I tried to call back you would not pick up the phone at all. I know I was calling at 9:55 pm on Sunday. Knowing you closed in 5 minutes. But what you dont know was why! I was calling to ask if you take reservations and if your facility could accommodate 40 people. This was for a party in two weeks. In the middle of the afternoon during the week. Please answer the phone.

It has now been over two hours since I ordered two large pizzas online. No pizzas, no phone call, no second email to let me know of a delay. Ive tried calling and it just rings until it hangs up. We have had decent service from them the last three times, but the previous time it was almost two hours. I thought that they had fixed whatever problem they were having. But that is obviously not the case! Sooooooo disappointed!!
